No way of tracking unfortunately that would make life easy . It's the government it's meant to not make sense . 3 weeks after you get your noa2 I would say to shoot them a email I say 3 weeks because one week -2 including moroccon and American holidays and another week or 2 for them to input it into there system . You might have to email them more then one time too 

Yes they will only answer back once they have your file imputed into there system . And make sure by that time when your emailing them your fiancé has all those documents he needs like police certificate single hood and etc . Cause those can take time to get and they can schedule you for a interview and you won't no the date you also can't pick the day they do 

Your contacted by email and embassy won't automatically email you you should email them to get the case moving once your case has been sent to them which is usually a month after you got your approval letter from Nvc

I emailed them 2 weeks after my case was sent off from
Nvc . Then replied they didn't recieve it yet I then sent a email a week later and they emailed me packet 3 and 4 . And it was only 20 days later so we have to schedule donors appointments and get all the police and court and birth certificates
You will get all the information in the email . They don't mail anything anymore

K1 is a non immigrant but essentially a immigrant visa . Your interview will be through immigrant visa department . And when you fill the form out online it's a immigrant visa

book the same flight coming back and check in online a day before and reserve the 2 seats together . I've done it plenty of times

There is no new law and just cause some clown says it on tv doesn't mean it will ever happen either he is not the government . I just traveled from Morocco December 7 and everything was fine was not asked anything security wise they just said welcome back

Day my fiancé had his interview all 14 k1 visa were approved . So out of the 14 that day all approved good luck as you long as you no each other well you should be fine

I printed the pics online and they were delivered to my house and I attached them to white printer paper and above explained where and who was in picture .thats just me everyone might be different

Just remember k1 visa holders still have another step once they get to the USA adjustment of status which who knows how long that will take . . Nvc is a pain to deal with . You have to be clear on answers and can't mix up dates and being confident about all your answers and don't be nervous . I was once in the embassy in Dubai waiting for my passport to get more pages . They handle American citizenship services and people coming for interviews in same place . This couple came and they came to complain the guy was a American citizenship his wife from Syria at least 7 months pregnant she had just got back to Dubai and was planing on going back to USA in another month .the women from Syria came and said I want to complain because when I went to USA last night the immigration officers called me many times and was very rude and called me a . The officer replied back sorry I don't work for department of homeland security I work for the department of state . And I'm going to have to cancel your visa until you deliver your baby you can re apply after your give birth . But you will not be going to give birth in America like you have planned . She wasn't rude was just doing her job but the lady said she was rude when she wasn't

I'm a June 2015 filer for a k1 filed June 21 approved noa2 July 23 . Went to nvc left nvc to embassy August 24 . I emailed embassy sept 16 and they replied back with interview date for oct 14 . I would say overall have time and be ready cause could happen anyway

Pretty sure got the notice in the mail today noa2 your petition has been approved for k1 visa and being forwarded to nvc. I also was not sure if that was true like maybe a error but yep was approved .
I already got my noa1 on June 26

k1 visas are being forwarded to California in general lawyer is obviously mistaken . Oh and about the interview well it's obvious if it's a real marriage and all I mean I've seen so many stories where people meet off Internet and meet for a day . But the fact is I've lived there for 3 years so it's not hard for me or him to know these things . And for k1 he wouldn't no my house color in USA as he has never traveled to USA . But thanks for the heads up . If it's real you won't have anything to study about as you will no everything if it's fake then you will have to study for exam . Ya no one knows how the pick the cases only if we new the secrets of how and what goes on behind closed doors. When I came back to USA in May and as usual I was asked question as they want to no where I'm going or where I was . Just wanted to give update on process times I sent my petition for k1 visa last month it was received June 23 and today it was approved July 21 . That was really fast I was expecting a long time . I am so happy
