The difference between an CR1 visa and a IR1 visa is pretty simple. If the couple has been married for less than two years, the foreign spouse will receive a CR1 visa. ... The IR1 (Immediate Relative) visa is issued to foreign spouses who have been married to a U.S. citizen for a period longer than two years. IR1 means immediate relative, CR1 means conditional relative.

I guess these ECD's are just approximate waiting times. I hope the actual dates are going to be much earlier and you can visit your family.

Just updated my Estimated Completion Time for Orlando Field Office. Reduced to 16 months from 17 months.

The USCIS will consider the N-400 application abandoned if  the biometrics appointment is not  rescheduled.
