I am so thankful for all the support we have received from everyone on Visa Journey! We spent a lot of time discussing everything about her decision, we read everyone's posts, and my Maria did decide it was way too soon to leave the USA!
So, she has decided to stay and work thru the homesickness and keep her mind on her and I... I am so happy because without the input of everyone who took the time to leave such positive comments, I'm not sure what the outcome might have been..
I even got a deal on the airline cancellation! I was only charged $25 to cancel the flight! WOW!

Looking for other ways to help them, in particular a more inexpensive to ship goods to them like the basic necessities for life.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Our petitions are already seven years old and no luck with the recent lottery.

I guess they could've approved people but it just so happened that none of them are on VJ, that seems unlikely though.
It has happened a couple of times that their system has been sending out approvals a few days after the approval, let's hope for that one!
Or maybe they're just so excited about the holiday weekend coming up soon that they stopped working and are instead sat at their desks planning nice parties and trips with their loved ones...

Congrats to everyone that has been approved but I can't take this anymore. Everyone is getting approved and we filed around the same time has everyone else. Nov 24, 2014. I don't know much longer I can wait.

Hate when every time I talked with my friend she always says why don't you just get married with visting visa. ..... :/ well. That's not right thing to do. But what the heel I'm suffering from doing the right thing ?
It's only been 62 days at my noa1. So like some of you said my k1 visa still a tiny fertilized egg in big busy mama TSC.
I just got into a fight with my fiancé. About the timing we talked. It seems theres never a right time for us to talk. Even messages on whatsapp he feels like I'm bothering him sometimes.
In my night time (his morning) he got bunch of works to do.
He told me he wanted to chat with me but he got cought into jobs chores friends family.
He felt he can't be here for me fully.
That bothers him.
End up he got nothing done. So distracting.
When he got time before bed.
Its my morning. I'm working.
I can't chat with him.
We're exactly 12 hours time different.
We only able to FaceTime durning weekend.
We love each other.
But we both hate to be tied down on our phone.
I try my best to reply his messages. He does the same
We Both like to reply friends messages 3 days late or even longer.
we're so not long distance relationship type of people
We're so good to be togeher in real life.
We didn't start our relationship with long distance.
We lived together for 2 years. Never be apart. Longest time always from each other was 3 days..
Knowing that we got something in the future waiting for us. I know what we have is so much better than other where-the-future-is Long distance relationship.... I know that and greatful for that.
But still I don't really know what to do here.
Miles away. 12 hours time differnces.

Yeah, I didn't read the part about leaving a "note on the door".... But then again, I have personally witnessed police officers or others in an official capacity who will leave a business card or some type of note on the door. Especially if it was a "personal visit" by "The Man"

I am not sure how someone could just leave a "note on your door" unless someone was super familiar with your current visa processing. If it is a scam, it would need to be someone that not only a) lives nearby and b) is fully aware of your pending applicatoin.. ( unlikely ).
It's simple: just ask your mother for the address on the letterhead and the accompanying phone number. And then do a quick google search. Problem solved.

Nope, if she could, she would have, that's how there are tons of people here illegally. I'm sure she knows her way to become legal is to get married. A friend of mine was dating a Brazilian girl here illegally (from a tourist visa). She was here with a group of friends, all illegal. What she didn't know was that my friend also spoke Portuguese. The more he got to know her the more he was around her group of friends, and their only discussions seemed to revolve around their status and trying to find someone so that they could become legal. He broke it off with her only to see (via Facebook) several months later she had already married someone else. I think 99.9% of the people here illegally know that this is their road to becoming legal. Not to say that many aren't ALSO good people, but she likely already knows her options.

Is it wishful thinking some of us may get approved by the end of April? ha-ha.
Hope you guys are doing okay, I have had some more meltdowns recently. This whole thing is just so terrible. I hate we all have to get mentally 'depressed' and miss our partners but am very thankful we can verbally be there for each other on here.
My fiancé' is trying so hard to take my mind off this but to be honest it doesn't fully work. It's always in the back of my mind, as I am sure it is yours.
Saying lots of prayers for everyone and hoping we start getting approved very soon. At most I feel like June may be the month it all really starts but you just never know, and I really hope im wrong ha-ha.
God can do the 'im'possible, so keep going! Each day is passing and remember you're always one day closer!

From everything you have said, i think he is looking for a way out and doesn't want to be the one that says it's over. He is making you do it. Go home, you did all you could do, even the consults he had with the lawyers didn't help because he has made up his mind.

I suggest you go back to the PI before you reach the 3 year ban point--before May 1 would be best. Purchase the ticket for your son and yourself. Inform your "husband" that you are leaving. Once you do leave he will have to 1)file for divorce, 2) submit a spousal visa for your return when he is ready to sign the I-864--at least that has to be done before you get the interview for the visa. See what he decides. If he does not divorce you right a way, you can always refuse to sign the divorce papers for a while just so he can see what it is like when someone screws with your life by not signing a piece of paper and see how he likes it .
Time for you to do what is best for yourself and your son.

The passport stamps are very good evidence as are the boarding passes and the base pass.
You should be fine!
And please correct your timeline, You were not transferred from Texas Service Center to California Service Center, there are no current transfers. You were routed from the lockbox in Dallas, were you sent your petition (this is not TSC) and were assigned a WAC number - which means processing occurs at CSC.

Ahm... why do you want the visitor visa? if You-re going to live in the united states. It is completely legal.

Everyone needs to stop being PC. Admit this is one of the more bizarre complaints you have seen. He/she didn't have to file for the K1. If they were unsure about the relationship they could've postponed the petition until they were absolutely sure they wanted to live in the United States together. Regardless, a greencard > tourist visa. You are granted more privileges. I don't understand the complaints unless you barely know your fiance and are expressing doubts that the relationship will last past 90 days and the potential AOS. Anyways, I digress.

Are all of your exes from the Phillipines? If so, why don't you try a different country?

I love reading all of the guesses of what USCIS might be doing and why the approvals are all over except for October. I thought I would add some new ones.
1.) November approvals- someone picked up the wrong box
2.) October No approvals- the Nov approvals were a mistake so they aren't on october yet for there to be approvals
3.) Transfers- They arent going to happen for current TSC files it was just worded that way to shut everyone up for awhile
How I really feel
1.) November approvals- Why not we all know the systems not fair so why finish prior months before moving on...maybe next they will start approving applications same day as they get them and forget about September through March...isnt that pretty much what they are doing by sending all new petitions to CSC
2.) October No approvals- USCIS works on their calendar system which does not have a month of October so those files don't really exist
3.) Transfers- There are none everyone at TSC is staying at TSC and should probably grab a seat on the sofa and a bowl of popcorn because were all going to be here for a very long time.
I know I havent been waiting as long as most but its still torture and I can only imagine how much worse its going to get in a couple of more months. After we get the VISA i'm thinking about forwarding the USCIS a bill for my travel expenses to go see my Fiance since the extra trips, I know they will just throw it away but they need to see that its not just waiting thats the problem its the expenses that comes along with maintaining the relationship while waiting.

Whatever they are doing, this is going to take a while for any effects to be seen. The problem USCIS created was down to leaving a big backlog to become a ridiculous one and it's going to take a while to even things out. They should have been doing this last summer already.

Reportedly. Ethline has said that this is what happened to her. I'm gonna be up talking with Elena at that time, well usually I'm up then, so we'll see. Not counting on it, but it would be a nice surprise. LOL

Can't tell you that it's not depressing hun because we're all feeling it I believe we all research the whole process to the point where we have absolutely nothing else to do. I checked my status everyday hoping I'll see a status change but it never happened until April 2nd. The good news is that some November people are getting approved so hopefully the rest of you guys will be getting your approval within a couple weeks. None of us have our fiance with us yet because we all still have a few more hurdles to go through, but everyday we're one day closer to having them here and one day we'll have them in our arms and all this will be memories
There's not enough words that can be said to make us feel better, but I just hope TSC work faster so we can all get through this & move on with our lives

We didn't live together at first but only about a month. My middle child has some issues with being bipolar so we gave some adjustment first. They didn't even question it.

TSC are very consistently working efficiently in being inefficient so therefore are providing an efficient service to us all of inefficiency by being constantly inefficient efficiently.

That's what I always think about how happy this time next year will be! Also, even by year's end we'll all be together with our loved ones
