Yeah, you are right. The two visits can get them denied . What about someone too being visited for 14 times but still got denied ? There must be a problem somewhere. I have a pastor friend in Minnesota. His wife visited for 1 time and they got married in that first visit . No engagement. But he got approved for not seeing each other for 3 good years after the marriage. Face time count but not in all cases..

Who said adding Money Transfer receipts is classify as being used for money ? and who also said spouse can not send money out of Ghana .. Spouse can send money out of Ghana by using bank wire transfer. Adding money transfer receipts shows financial support . In my case, My wife sent more than 15 money gram receipts indicating on it what was the money sent for and i also went to the interview with more than 15 money gram receipts. those my wife sent shows as sent and those i went to my interview shown as received.. So correct yourself in your statement please .

Do courtship or church marriage and use certificate as proof of marriage to file CR1.. thats the best option ..

Why do you have to quickly jumped into conclution. You no nothing about the OP and about her marriage but you are jedgging her about something she do not have in her plans .. a bad relationship could be reconstruct to become a perfect relationship. She was trying to make their relationship/marriage work but it seems its a character of the man.. OP, don't loose hopes. There is a way for your situation. All your taxes, financial papers, marriage certificate etc are not needed to support her... your sister in law needs her own financial statement whether you are the one paying for her trip or not..I have been in that rute before .. my wife took all her tax, fianancial papers, payment stab etc and also stated in my non immigrant application that, she is the one paying for my trip. They didn't look my supporting documents nor hers.. My wife went to talk to the supervisor at the counslate and he explained to her that, all her documents are not needed to support me.. I need to proof to the embassy and the Co that, I will return to my country after my visit.well, I was not married to my wife at that time thou.. so please have your sister in law own bank statement , employees letter payment stab from where she works etc.. what she make per month is important to them..

Yes MrsBonsu I also mentioned that to the Senator being I will be traveling back to Ghana to be married and start the next visa process and don't like what is going on at that Embassy. .

I agree with Mrs Bonsu save your money for visits ..Tried last October for visa for my fiancé to come visit denied ...tried for K1 had interview in May denied.will be traveling back in Oct to get married and return home to apply for Spousal visa...very tough CO'S at this Embasy

Well, My fiancee and i have decided to get married in the next 4 months and file for CR1. I say in 4 months because My fiancee can not travel back immediately for marriage. But she can in the next four months .. We have VJ friend who also got denied the same way and they got married the next day cos the USC fiancee was already in Ghana for the interview.. So you can also get married Immediately to file for CR1. Then the embassy will know the seriousness about your relationship..
Well, i got to know the papers will expired in next 4 months because the WHITE SLIP 221G giving to me explained everything..
Ready for interview, i have no idea but i think they have not updated it yet ..
My advice is dont waste much time.. Dont wait till 6 months to hear from them.. It will be no good news so go ahead, get married and file for CR1 that is the best route ..

I had he same problem.. I went to my interview on May 19,2015 and i was giving a white slip 221g and ask to come back for second interview which was schedule on June 9,2015.. I was giving white slip 221g again and it explained on the form i shouldnt contact the embassy .My case will send back to USCIS and they will now reopen my case. it will get to the USCIS in 4 months and it will expire by then.. My first interview was placed on AP...Co did not believe we have real relationship. When i check my status, its still say ready for interview.. K1 visa is hard to approve in Ghana.. Fly back and get marry and then file for CR1 that is the best way..

Hello all.. I have been lurking on this site for awhile, but decided to join today and tell my story. I met my husband in Jamaica about 3 yrs ago. We hit it off, and had what I thought was a great relationship. We got married in December 2014. However I found out about 2 months ago that he has seeing someone else from the usa the entire time we were together and even spent the week before our wedding with her in Jamaica. I have not submitted the paperwork yet. Should I just forget it altogether? He has begged me to forgive him, even crying on the phone saying she doesn't mean anything to him and I am the one he is in love with. I am so hurt .. I cannot stop crying

May I ask why you think she was asked if she had any tattoos?
Anyone else out there experience this, or know what significance of this question is? I am guessing to see if there are any gang related tattoos? What do you think?

Nobody is going to tell you to just stay illegally. You're best to go back home as you have no path to a greencard without him.
