Okay but does the background check has to do with my previous applications. Pls
Previous application?
Did you just expect people to be mind readers and know you had a previous application without mentioning it?

If she wants to go only to do an exam, why does she need to go with her parents?
-
So after spending nearly 3 months in the US, you have been out for 2 weeks, and have to ask whether everything will be fine, after you already got questioned the first time?
What do you think??

You don't send him anything, they don't care about you.
They will ask him questions about his ties to the UK to make sure he will come back.
-
You can try, but what ties does she have to Canada? None. Sounds like an easy refusal.

Ban only happens with 180+ and 360+ days of overstay. 14 days is not banned.
Nobody has even mentioned about being banned from entering the US?

Yes you can visit. Try first for ESTA.. as its been almost 3 years since overstay. If not, apply B2.
Did you formally renounce your GC?
OP is not eligible for VWP/ESTA.
B2 is needed.

Chances seem low, if you can afford to lose the fee then apply and find out.

Make sure she mentions that as the purpose of her visit when asked.Yes she is
Yes she is
Yes she is
Yes she is

+1, and how it should be.She applies based on her circumstances and merits. Her parents have nothing to do with her.
-
You ask a question and put the answer in your title???
A transit visa (C1) is what is needed.
-
Why did you book the ticket before having the visa? Rookie mistake.
-
Clearly a clerical mistake..did you really need to ask..just contact them.
-
She has done the hard part by getting the visa. At POE she will be asked for the purpose of the trip and the length of stay. Maybe more depending on the CBP person, such as a few questions about you, how much money she has and what she does back in her home country.
Nothing to worry about, as long as she answers honestly and does not volunteer information.

Tell the truth.
Be prepared to tell/show ties to KSA.
Same as every other B2 application.
-
Hopefully she will be denied.

Have an overnight stopover in Panama. That's what I did when going to South America from NY.Old question but I have a query:
Can you apply for a transit and tourist visa at the same time? Do you pay one visa fee, or two?
It's cheaper to transit thru the US to Mexico than via Panama so we want to know if we can do both, or just apply for the B2.
Loved Panama City, hope to go back at some point.

Jeez stop crying, its a public forum, not every reply will be what you want to hear, people have different opinions.I'm just pointing out the rudeness of your message. You didn't come here to help, but to try to make me feel bad about mistakenly breaking an immigration law, which I already clearly do, I never said I didn't know or that I didn't care that what I did was wrong.
Let us know the result of your interview.

There is no sponsorship. Paying for the trip does not mean sponsoring the trip. It just means she does not have enough money to pay herself so is more likely to stay in the US.
-
There is no way to 'make sure' she gets approved or 'best way' to get approved or anyone that can 'help' her get approved.
Its a very simple process - she fills out the form online stating facts to the questions asked, attends an interview again answering factually the questions asked. Then she hopes for the best, and expects the worst, just like every other B2 applicant.
Her chances do not look good, looking at her situation, but always a chance by applying. Let us know the result.

State Farm had no problem covering me on my girlfriends insurance in NY, I was always on a B2, no 1 year limit or anything like that, maybe speak to a different person?

If he is staying for 3 months in the US, then he should spend at least 3 months out before trying to enter again, especially if it will be for another 3 months.
He can try to enter sooner whenever he wants, even the next day, but will have a higher chance of refusal if its so soon as it will look like he has no ties to his home country and is living in the US.

They dont care why you want to go to the US, just that you will return.I have funds but then she just focus on how much I was earning last time. I will not be able to afford my travel abroad if I don't have funds. I have read blogs online and they said there's nothing wrong if someone is paying for your trip as long as you can prove to the CO of your relationship to your sponsor. I have also read a compassionate visa on ustraveldocs.com but not much information about it. My grandmother can't travel alone because she's 94 years old and bed ridden and I will be the one to accompany her in going back to the Philippines.
If you don't have a salary that would afford you the trip and be a reason to go back home then there is not much you can do apart from increasing your income.

Point 1 made me laugh..' probably be approved'...yeah ok.
Its certainly not 'sad' they didn't believe the OP, who admitted to planning to work in the US, knowing it wasn't permitted. It was a good thing OP was pressed further so the truth came out. Hopefully a swift denial on the next application.
