I just did my biometrics yesterday, 09/06, and around 2 am Alaska time today, my status was changed to "interview scheduled." I am set to have my interview next month! Wow, I cannot believe how fast everything is going!!!

Same thing happened to me, i was told new way of fingerprinting for N400 only basically they do have record of all your other bio 130, 175 etc so this last step they do not have to do the entire fingers that is why you got a code 5 on your letter instead of code 1 , 2 or 3

You'll get it very soon. They put mine into production on Wednesday last week, mailed it on Monday and it arrived today with the correct date    

I got follow-up from the senator's office. USCIS told them that they have re-opened my case, re-approved it and put my card into production. It should be mailed out within the next 2 days. The lady from the senator's office asked me to let her know if I don't have the card after 2 weeks. Nothing has updated on the two USCIS websites yet but I'm super excited :D 

I'm happy for you!! Good that you got some info now. 
By the way, yesterday I got one of my multiple service inquiries response. They told me to send my GC to CSC with expedite service blah blah blah.. Sounds familiar, right? So far I got a different answer from each place.. 
Midwest customers email told me to submit an i90
Service inquiry told me to send it to CSC (I won't fall with the same stone) 
Uscisspecialcases email is reviewing my case with CSC and they told me that there is an internal issue printing (similar to what they told you) 
Hopefully we hear something new next week 😁

I just received a call from Sherrod Brown's office. The lady said that she heard back from CSC who told her they do have my card, but they're unable to print right now due to a system issue. They said to her that they anticipate being able to resume printing next week, so she will follow up with them on Monday. It feels so nice to have someone with authority chasing up these people on my behalf!! That's much more information than I'm able to get from them through either service request or emailing the customer engagement center.

CONGRATULATIONS!! this is giving us hope that sometime we will get the corrected card too!
I'm still waiting to hear back from especial cases since their email a week ago telling me that they are contacting CSC about my card(at least it wasn't a copy and paste answer) 
Did you received a second incorrect green card? I remember that someone did, but I cannot remember who.

UPDATE FROM SPECIALCASES EMAIL:
 
I just got the answer from uscisspecial cases email address: "Our directorate has been informed that this recall issue is an internal system issue which is causing GC errors. We must correct this issue before reprints occur. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you. Once the issue is corrected, your GC will be reprinted and mailed to your address on file."
Prior to this email, the same person emailed me a week ago telling me that they were going to contact CSC about my case. Hopefully this is true and we all have our GC soon. 

Hi everyone. Here is an update: So I just got my new Green Card, and thankfully it has the correct residence since and expiration dates. I am really happy that they finally did it correctly for my case!
 
I am sure that they are working on a lot of cases now, but they are just incredibly really slow. I would suggest to keep emailing the Customer center midwest and special cases emails, and also try keep sending service requests. I am not sure how they work over there, but with all this experience, I know that they are not being very effective.

This is why immigration is getting harder and harder for those who really are in a relationship and who really trying to do the right thing.  

This smells of a fraudulent attempt to me, and I’m willing to bet the CO will equally see it as such. You’re only trying to get married to her because of the DV selection - you’re both looking at a lifetime ban from the US if you proceed with her. 

Just an update - I checked my informed delivery, and it looks like I received two letters from USCIS - my new green card, and it looks like another approval letter (i could see the statue of liberty from the picture). I am kind of confused at this point, why there is another "approval letter," but I haven't really opened it up yet, so I will give you another update once I have checked it out.

Update: I emailed Sherrod Brown's office again today asking for an update to my 6/26 email. This afternoon I got a response from one of his team stating they'd sent an inquiry to USCIS on my behalf. I hope this gets the ball rolling or they can provide a detailed response to them rather than the boilerplate they've been feeding me non-stop.

I received an email at 5.30am saying there is being an update in my UScis. dhs account. I had to log in to see the update. Now has changed to "We mailed your card to you. The U.S. Postal Service will deliver it.", but there isnt a tracking number. Neither is in the UScis. Gov account. Cant wait to see the cards in the mail😁

I happened to check my informed delivery today and noticed I have a package coming from USCIS In Kentucky. Needless to say I just checked the mail and my 10 yr green card was in it. I didn't get any notification or prior mail. It looks like I was approved on 03/21/2018. They recieved my RFE response on the 14th of March. I am speechless. Thanks to this forum for the awesome information and support. 

I got my card in the mail also. My case was approved on March 23rd and on March 29 it said they were producing my card. this is the end of this wait for good now. I wish everyone good luck. 
Now on to N400 

I just checked my status again, and I got this:
 

 
I am hoping to receive it soon so I can apply for my citizenship. I know I am already eligible but I really wanted to wait for my 10 yr green card.  It took 17 months. >.< I am not going for the 120-day notice, hoping it's only around a week or two.
 
Anyway, I hope everyone will get their approval, soon, too! I think many are getting the RFEs just to double check if you are still together with my spouse. Just hang in there!!

Hi everyone! We had our interview today and it was sooooooo fun! The officer was really nice and it's like she's just having a friendly conversation with us. Here's what happened:
First was she asked us to stand up, raise our right hand and swear that everything we say will be the truth. And then she asked us first and foremost, which was also like the only question that she asked, was if I had any intention to get married when I came here last April (as I entered via tourist visa), which I answered no, because my husband just surprised me and spoke to my parents who were also visiting! She then asked the questions on the I-485 form on terrorism, felonies, etc, all of which I said 'no' to. And then she asked for documents to support our relationship and the rest was just plain conversation, like three longtime friends catching up! She then told me that she will go back to Anchorage to update my status, and I will be receiving an e-mail that my card is in production, and I will be receiving my green card in a month. She even shared where she was from, and we commended her great personality! Yay!
Ahh! All the wait was worth it! I am really glad that she was nice enough to make everything so smooth and easy! We were there for around 10-15 mins! I hope everyone will have a great interview as well! Happy Holidays!
