panssey got a reaction from Carpe Vinum in Oath letter can't be here soon enough...
Am I a champion of the waiting time?
Submitted my n-400 - July 2018 (the very end)
interview - June 12 2019: got approved on the spot and online status changed the next day
oath - still waiting (so far 127 days since the interview)
(by the way I also had to wait for my first green card for 2 months after the interview and approval. Yes, I am THAT lucky)

panssey reacted to afrocraft in 100 days after the exam and counting.
It's been a while since I logged in, but from memory it should be on the upper right side when you click account or profile or something like that.

Scheduling the oath ceremony takes longer in case of name change.
My interview was June 12 and still no date scheduled for the oath. I also requested a name change.

To take your concern away contact USCIS tell them To transfer your interview date to me. I have been waiting since July 13.
That should help.

panssey got a reaction from FROWNcat in I-751 March 2017 Filers
Finally got my 10-year green card today. I am a Vermont filer. I sent my I-751 at the end of February 2017 and it was received by USCIS on March 3 2017. Decision (approval) date is January 25. I got the approval notice (letter) on January 29 but the status did not change then. It changed only to "my new card was ordered" on Feb 1 and to "my card was mailed" on Feb 5.

panssey got a reaction from bahamamama234 in temporary traveling abroad with conditional green card? Dangerous? PLEASE HELP
You dont need a Brasilian visa to go to Brasil, that's your home country, it's a country of your citizenship. Just use your passport to enter Brazil and use a green card to enter the USA when you are going back. You may be asked for a copy of your marriage certificate if your last names in your passport and your green card are different. And do not leave the USA for longer than 6 months.
But overall you should be fine.

In this case it should be enough for just 2 of you. And you dont need a co-sponsor
