    Congrats!!!! Time to celebrate! It will take a week or two for your petition to get to NVC, check the threads on that forum, you can get alot of advice there as well as tips and shortcuts for the process. You can always wait out the K-3 and see if it moves along any faster and cancell at the end if it doesnt. Good luck and a speedy Journey!

    Finally they accept our RFE

    OK so i am waiting and waiting and whining to my hubby about not hearing nothing from the USCIS about our RFE. Hubby says " Baby just be patient and dont worry about it, it will come." OK fine we talk some more and then we hang up.....for now..... I will call him back later...hee hee. I am puttering around the house, cleaning and what not when i notice that I have new emails. So i decide to check them thinking "Its probably work or junk and I dont want either at this point." It was USCIS saying they have accepted our RFE and that preliminary processing was complete and now will resume again...... I can only hope this means that an approval will follow shortly. Now I know this is not an approval but I am so happy to think that one may follow soon. Good luck to all of you and God bless, I wouldnt have made it this far with out you all. Ok so I would have made it, but I would have screwed paperwork up and been an emotional wreck, its just great to know that there are others out here helping along the way, with support advice etc. You all are wonderful and I just needed to tell you!!

    I maybe wrong so maybe aussie can shed some lieght, but I think they also have to know correct address for thier records, by failing to notify them you may be going against the law and possibly have to face some sort of ramifications on the visa process. Just thought I read that somewhere, and it clearly states it in thier message on the USCIS phone, that any person who moves is obligated to let them know withing 10 days of move. I personally wouldnt jeopardize anything. Good luck!

    I'm very consufe . USICS told my husband they got reture forms REEs. byt why they didn't sent e-mail told me ..

    please advice me what should I do ????

    Sometimes they dont send emails, it just happens that way, You only sent in your I-129f on mayb 20th, Its very hard to be patient I know, but at this stage thats all you can do. If they told you they recieved the RFE's then you just have to wait it out. Good luck and hope you hear something soon!

    If they told you via phone that they recieved them , there is nothing else you can do but wait, sorry.

    Tracy, I know what you mean, when I rang them they told me to wait the 30 days, what is 3 more days gonna matter when we ring back, why couldnt they just say yes or no? It's crazy. Also have heard people say that they sent thiers back with thier envelope marked "return RFE info" I wish I had known to do that, as most of them have had responses. Best of luck to everyone!!!

    I dont know about the procedure as we havent gotten that far, however I can say, I am glad I dont have to have it done!!! :lol::lol::lol:

    But when we were first married my hubby was gonna stay and just adjust his status from here and we went for a medical and they did not do that, tho we cannot include that medical due to the time it was given (we were told they must be done within 6 months of interview) Anywhoo circumstances changed and we are filing differently now so he will have a new medical. I would think that they me able to check those things with your blood, maybe I am wrong.

    Jersey Girl, words cant express how happy I am for you! You have been such a wonderful support system for so many and its good to see a good turn for you! One good thing at a time, the job is on its way! Who wouldnt hire such a wonderful and charismatic person such as yourself!!! Congrats again and best of luck with the rest of your journey!!! Since it is friday, I may have to indulge in the wonderful essence of the grapes tonight myself!
