  1. LOL that makes me feel better. The ladys that answer the phone are very polite and helpful. I have heard its about a months wait for the interview from the time they get the case from NVC, is this so? Geez I hope so, I want Niall home as soon as possible, yet its a bit scary getting ready with very little time left. But with that being said his birthday is mid sept. I would love to be able to spend his birthday with him. Thanks again for all the help Colleen. Will deffo keep ye posted.

  2. OK so I know that I asked a few weeks back if we will need a waiver, but I didnt get a very clear answer. Anyways, I think that I read somewhere that if you overstay 180 or less days you dont need a waiver, if your overstay is more than 180 days you need a waiver. Can anyone point me in the direction where I can read this? My husband has an overstay but it is less than 180 days. I just want to be on the mark and have all documents ready just in case. Thanks in advance

  3. Thats brilliant Amanda, thanks, I just wanted to have all our bases covered. Niall has been working as many hours as he can so he is pretty wrecked when he gets in, the last thing I want to put on him is more paperwork. I am gonna work on all the stuff that I can tonight and the weekend so I can post it to him straight away! Thanks again!

  4. I rang the embassy this morning and they said they were sending my husband his packet in the post today.

My question is, what documents will be in there, will I need to send him an I-864 or will we need the I-134? Also I know I need to send him any and all evidence of our marriage, pictures, plane tickets etc. Am I missing anything? Can anyone who has gone thru Dublin give me any insight on what to be expecting, interview time, etc. Other embassy info will be great to hear as they may be similar. Thanks in advance...

  6. Just showed on the news that they were closing the mom n pops in charlotte down at the end of the month, is that the same one? Oh and chili and slaw deffinitley make the burger southern and yummy! Nice pic even tho I am watching what I eat I want a burger now!

  7. Definitly Josh, hopefully we will have an interview soon!

We would love to make the move to Ireland, but I have a child and my ex wont allow me to move her away. Hopefully in the near future I can make it possible, Niall would prefer to have any chilren we may have grow up in Cork, it is a much nicer way of life in my opinion and a wonderful area to raise a family. Hope all is going well with you and the baby Manda!
