LOL - I thought my wife's oath was yesterday.  It's today at 1, we are leaving in a bit.  Taking my headphones and Nintendo Switch to sit in the park for a bit.  She is going to ask if I can enter, but I don't think so.  Doesn't hurt to try.  If it's that long, I'd rather take the train back home and get the car to pick her up after I drop her off.

My husband had his interview on 8/5 at Federal Plaza in NYC and passed, his appointment was 10:15am and he was done by 11:45am. Not even 24 hours later I got a notice that the Oath is scheduled for 8/25 (like damn they're not here to play games!). 
 
Has anyone had an Oath ceremony in NYC lately? I was told it would take like 4 hours by a friend, is that true? My husband wasn't smart enough to ask. I think I'll have to wait outside like I did for the interview, 4 hours is a whole lot of time to spend outside...

I haven't posted anything in forever ever, I don't think I even posted in this topic when it started. I filed online for my husband on 9/30/20 and received a notice on 6/25/21 that his interview is scheduled for 8/05/21. I thought the wait would be more than a year...

There's a button on the top right corner on the search screen that looks like a chart with an arrow pointing diagonally up, it shows the total number of apps by case status.

It's a tracker app in the App store. You can search cases around your case and see how they are moving along with your application.
 

 

 
 
 
 

Too late to edit my previous post. USCIS did not make a mistake; my wife and I simply can't read numbers. What we thought said 2020 in fact said 2028.  

Holy moly! For my day (EAC17305) 12 cases were approved and there are 2 RFEs today so far, and it's not even 12 pm yet  😮

10/23 - text/email card was being produced/approved
10/26 - text/email card was mailed
10/27 - letter of approval received in mail
10/29 - green card received in mail 

Got approval notice by email/text today! Catd/document production. No interview and did not file n400. 

im pretty sure they dont work on weekends. i think the real question is. Do they work on weekdays? HA!
