  1. She should also research the I131 re-entry permit if she wants to return for an extended period of time to raise her child. Good Luck!
  2. I agree with @EmilyW, it is best for your friend to join and clarify their situation. What visa was your friend’s mother looking for, F2B, F3, etc.? How old is your friend, and have they aged out? When was the I130 approved for the mother? Those are just some of the pertinent questions that need answering.
  3. Take option one with a copy of your most recent return along with W2’s/1099’s and transcripts for the previous two filings. Have your spouse also take a copy of the wage and income transcript to the interview. Worst case scenario is the consulate issues an RFE for the return transcript, but IMO that is better than trying to reschedule a consulate interview. Good Luck!
  4. The biggest thing you need for a B2 application is documents/evidence showing your concrete ties to your home country. Things like property ownership, business or work responsibilities, family such as children not traveling with you, etc. For a B2 application, it is assumed by US law, that the applicant will not return, so you need evidence to overcome that assumption. Good Luck!
  5. This is abhorrent, but at least they didn’t wheel her in to cast a vote like they did to Feinstein.
  6. I am not aware of any way to track the physical GCs. Good Luck!
  7. Do just the transcripts as most consulates prefer those (tax returns can be easily faked). Do not send both as this can lead to confusing the consulate. Good Luck!
  8. The I751 is for the GC holder (beneficiary) to remove conditions, so in effect they become the petitioner with respect to this form. Good Luck!
  9. To be fair, Trudeau is an extremely narcissistic man, and also the illegitimate son of Fidel Castro.
  10. Hillary will be 81 and probably as senile as Joe is today.
  11. 21 years? The USC father can file the I130s for IR1/IR2s, that should be faster than 21 years.
  12. Seems pretty clear, but no one can predict how long it will take. Your profile shows Pakistan, are you a Pakastan citizen? This may play a role as, but who knows. Good Luck!
  13. Apparently, short George, the Clinton fixer, was not too happy. Why does no one call him out on how he treated the women that had credible accusations of sexual assault against Bill C? 14. This was also a potential option that I believe has now passed. b. Waiver for Certain Children Not Required to Obtain Visas: (1) Child Born After the Issuance of Parent's Visa: A child born after the issuance of a visa to an accompanying parent who will arrive in the United States with the parent and apply for admission during the period of validity of the visa issued to the parent is not required to obtain an immigrant visa. https://fam.state.gov/FAM/09FAM/09FAM020102.html
  15. If she never filed the I407, file the I90 and come back, stay for five years and naturalize.
  16. CEAC has added the status “Refused” in addition to “Administrative Processing” to indicate an application that cannot be approved yet, and is essentially sitting and waiting for more attention. As @smilingstone stated, “Refused” does not mean “Denied/Rejected”, all you can do is wait for movement which may take a bit longer during the end of year holidays/vacations. Good Luck!
  17. This item is not required to be translated, however when I did this for my now wife, I showed the information in her native alphabet, and then repeated the same information in English in the same PDF even though that is redundant to other areas of the form. Good Luck!
  18. The DS160 is completely online. https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/?TSPD_101_R0=0883343043ab2000cd2c6b5381ce5676725316789299182db453859f71cba2bad541434a20b306f1087276c49614300024326b6c1fd48fc6f9d95b6338673f241eac393393eb5531f72bfa5485bc21f3f95aa6ed8f7439b0d0325d2233354295
  19. So this whole thing stemmed from a GC scam? I rally feel sorry for her family as apparently they were not aware of all the plans, and it lead to her father’s suicide. Hannah Kobayashi breaks silence to claim she was 'unaware of everything' after vanishing across Mexican border Lt. Doug Oldfield, a member of the Los Angeles Police Department's missing persons unit, has now confirmed that her case is closed. He added that she spoke with Customs and Border Protection and 'did not appear to be under any distress.' Kobayashi was on her way to New York from her home on the Hawaiian island of Maui, when she decided to walk out of Los Angeles International Airport and disappear on November 8. She wasn't on that flight by herself, as she was joined by her alleged new Green Card husband Argentina-native Alan Cacace, in an apparent bid to hoodwink immigration officials into believing their marriage was genuine, DailyMail.com previously revealed. And, on that same flight, her ex-boyfriend Amun Miranda joined them with his own alleged Green Card wife Marianne – who just happened to be Cacace's girlfriend. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14200123/Hannah-Kobayashi-breaks-silence-returning-Mexico.html
  20. Right now I would just wait. With all the holidays and vacations this time of year, I expect some delays. Good Luck!
  21. Yes, the I290B is the way to re-open the case. As to the medical exam results, she may need to do another exam even if the first I693 was lost by USCIS. Good Luck!
