  1. OK, no moderator needed. Just click on your profile picture (nice doggy by the way!), and choose EDIT PROFILE, there you can scroll down and change your Immigration Status to K1. Good Luck!
  2. Ok, so no numerical limitations on a K1 from any country (apologies, I assumed F1 based on your profile, I will notify a moderator and see if they can change it for you). That being said, K1's can be tough in Morocco. I will tag @JeanneAdil as both of them may be helpful here. Good Luck!
  3. 23,400 per year for F1. I do not believe there are country limits for family based. Good Luck! https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/Immigrant-Statistics/WEB_Annual_Numerical_Limits - FY2025.pdf Moved to NVC forum.
  4. You may need it again in the future, but right now you should be fine with ignoring it. There are always ways to reactivate it in the future. Good Luck! https://www.uscis.gov/tools/uscis-tools-and-resources/online-account-and-technical-support
  5. Good luck! I am moving this to the Military specific forum since it is more about N400 under those specific rules.
  6. He can always try for the B2, but approval will depend on his specific case and current ties to India. It won't harm his F2A case assuming he does not mis-represent himself on the DS160. Good Luck!
  7. OK, now it makes sense as it would negate the need to file an I90 to renew a 10yr GC. I suspect the folks with 2yr GCs would have to use the I751 extension letter.
  8. As @Crazy Cat suggested, print out a copy of the notice and show up. You can claim whatever, but usually they will accommodate you as biometrics literally take 5-10 minutes. Good Luck!
  9. Which field office? Sometimes you can do a walk-in or at least you used to be able to do that. Good Luck!
  10. Repeated for emphasis, AOS is not an option as they are not currently inside the US. How would they answer the question of the CBP officer as to the purpose of their trip? I would change the trip schedule and attend the interview. Good Luck!
  11. It could as if you are living in a different USCIS district, and you application is routed to the field office based on your previous address, I can cause delays, or other inconveniences such as being called for an interview in a different part of the country from where you are currently living.
  12. You need to inform USCIS via the AR11 of any address change. There is no fee for this notification and it can be done online. Also, yes, it may impact your I751 as if you are called for an interview, USCIS needs to know which field office to route your petition. Good Luck!
  13. OK, here is a test (honor code in force, no searching ). What was the second national park designated within the US? A hint, it is no longer a national park.
  14. I am confused, does the N400 NOA now provide GC extension? Regardless, you are in a tough situation, and first and foremost you need to make sure to keep yourself safe along with all your important documents. Your wife cannot withdraw the I751 as this is your petition, and you can change it to a divorce waiver, so make sure you keep all evidence of the abuse along with the police report(s) and court records that you mentioned. If you filed the N400 based on the 3yr rule, withdraw it as you cannot pursue that option with a divorce. If it is based on the 5yr rule, you can still pursue it. Get yourself a divorce lawyer to deal with the divorce and try and claw your funds back. You can remind your lawyer that your USC spouse, and maybe others if you have a joint sponsor for your CGC signed an I864. Good Luck!
  15. And lower all Vatican City banana tariffs?
  16. In my mind if all immigration related items are going to force a day in federal court, why do we have immigration court? If a person is denied entry on any type of visa at the border, is that person entitled to a federal court hearing? What is due process when it comes to immigration? To me if a person crosses the border illegally, they are denied asylum by both an IJ and the BIA, that is it.
  17. Sorry for your loss. Yes, as @appleblossom stated, you need to send USCIS a copy of the death certificate, then your I130 will convert to an I360. Condolences, and Good Luck!
  18. This seems to contradict the I864 instructions on page 9. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-864instr.pdf
  19. Based on what I am seeing it would be four, you, your fiancé and your two children unless they are over 18. Good Luck!
  20. This is why I would submit it today as is. The IO may look at it and see all the vaccines are completed, and ignore the unchecked box, you can bring it up at the interview if asked, or worst case, you get an RFE. The point is don't delay an I485 package filing for this. Good Luck!
  21. Hopefully everything will cool down soon as I am planning a trip to India in mid-June.
  22. File the AOS with what you have and include a copy of the DS3025. Worst case, an RFE is issued to complete the DS3025, but that will most likely require a new complete medical exam by a civil surgeon. Good Luck!
  23. Pre-clearance airports seem to have a tougher reputation.
