  1. In what you described, you cannot. You can visit, your spouse can visit, but there is no living together visa while awaiting the spousal visa process.
  2. I agree this will not be an issue. She can clarify the difference at the interview if the CO asks about it. Good Luck!
  3. Canada - ESTA? I am confused apart from the plan being fraud.
  4. I thought Biden was all in until Russia was trounced by Ukraine? The Biden Administration Is Quietly Shifting Its Strategy in Ukraine https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2023/12/27/biden-endgame-ukraine-00133211
  5. Ukraine needs 500k troops. I wonder where they will come from. Zelensky says Russia made no military gains in 2023, expresses faith in U.S. Kyiv’s situation seems increasingly difficult, however, with crucially needed military and economic aid stalled in Washington and Brussels, and with frequent reports of shortages in military personnel and weapons. Ukrainian cities are still under constant bombardment by Russian missiles and explosive drones, and Moscow’s troops are pushing to advance at several points along the front line in the east and south. While the European Union agreed to open membership talks, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban blocked a proposed $55 billion aid package. A proposal by President Biden, for roughly $60 billion in aid, has been blocked for months by Republicans in Congress, who are demanding sweeping changes in border security and immigration policy in exchange for approving the funds. At his news conference, Zelensky expressed confidence that the U.S. aid would be approved in the near future. “We’re working very hard on this. I’m sure that the U.S.A. won’t betray us,” he said. https://www.spokesman.com/stories/2023/dec/19/zelensky-says-russia-made-no-military-gains-in-202/
  6. Nothing will happen to these people, or at least the highest profile people. Bill Clinton will still be out there sleeping around, Bill Gates will be doing his thing with his lady friends, Prince Andrew may not be a working royal, but he is still part of the royal family. What needs to happen is for people to start showing these "elite" no respect, and stop listening to them. I know, it is hard, especially given the make-up of the MSM, but it can be done.
  7. These folks should be prosecuted for terrorism. However, I am sure we will get a lot of the same as this. Protesters who shut down Bay Bridge call on SF DA to drop charges https://news.yahoo.com/protesters-shut-down-bay-bridge-225819924.html?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly9kdWNrZHVja2dvLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAACS27nPqcjUUjcVq-0ykPZ2wPgACHkt3IRGVlRcwtx_aGR2ZJ-wDCPtqmBDp4bYnNa1h-wBA8S24M-I_4W4naNfv_LW9a124Q06G0XdnwlnKCeTrxDIoXIl6ZrGnYu1YjoAO12Zdw-tkk8DxLJVRb03iX3j3S0pO4TUaKExyBZQU
  8. Sounds like the USCG thinks the fire is now out. Funny thing though, battery fires often times re-ignite, https://www.foxnews.com/us/us-coast-guard-extinguishes-lithium-ion-battery-fire-alaska-cargo-ship-several-days-burning
  9. Also fascinating is the price quoted for those on the plane.
  10. Yeah, in my case it was all about Leftist politics. If I did not adhere to her leftist views, I was out. In the end, it was for the best, as back then, I was naive to the intolerance of the Left/Democrats and it opened my eyes. Live and learn.
  11. Most politicians, and most MSM mouthpieces, and analysts know little to nothing of immigration/migration. Case-in-point, Kamala Harris and her root causes ploy.
  12. You can correct the N400 at the interview. Get copies of the tickets if you can, if not, it probably will not be a big deal, but you should discuss it as USCIs probably already knows (note, don’t worry about traffic stops where no citation was issued). As to the military training, I am not too up on that, but aren’t reservists also trained in military tactics? You may be asked about it, so you can clarify it at the interview. Good Luck!
  13. Yes, submit the tax information that has been already filed. Good Luck!
  14. I believe that references the SB-1 returning resident visa. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/returning-resident.html
  15. It is not a bad idea to get a re-entry permit, but I am not sure it is required if you are listed on your spouse’s official orders. I think you may also be able to naturalize. Good Luck! (U) Spouse and Children of U.S. Armed Forces Members or U.S. Government Civilian Employees Stationed Abroad: (a) (U) The LPR spouse or child of a civilian or military employee of the U.S. Government outside the United States pursuant to official orders, who has resided with such employee abroad, does not require a visa if: (i) (U) The spouse or child possesses a valid or expired Form I-551; (ii) (U) Has gone abroad accompanying or following-to join such a spouse, or married the U.S. Armed Forces member or U.S. Government employee while abroad, even if the LPR has been abroad more than 1 year, provided they would have been eligible to receive a visa as a returning resident at the time the marriage occurred; (iii) (U) Resided abroad while the employee or service person was on duty abroad; and (iv) (U) Is preceding, accompanying, or following to join the employee or service person (principal) to the United States; and (b) (U) In interpreting the provisions of 8 CFR 211.1(b)(1) waiving the visa requirement for the spouses and children of Armed Forces members or U.S. Government civilian employees serving abroad, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has held that: (i) (U) The spouse or child need not physically accompany the Armed Forces member or civilian employee to benefit from the visa waiver if the LPR is preceding or following-to-join the member or employee; (ii) (U) An LPR who does not physically accompany the Armed Forces member or employee to the United States must possess evidence that they are the spouse or child of a member or employee who was stationed abroad on official orders and that the spouse or parent was previously lawfully admitted for permanent residence; and (iii) (U) To benefit from the waiver, it is not material whether the member or employee was discharged abroad, or whether the spouse or child is residing in a country different from that in which the principal is stationed, provided all other criteria for the waiver are met; and https://fam.state.gov/fam/09FAM/09FAM020202.html
  16. Yes, you will need to file separate I130’s for your spouse and children. You can allow each petition to catch up at the NVC stage so they can have interviews together. As to citizenship after their getting immigration visas, I am not sure about that. You do not meet the 5 year physical presence requirement to immediately pass on citizenship to your children through CRBA, but I think they can get it after coming in IVs, others may know more. As to your spouse, they will need to file their own N400 three or five years after they enter the U.S. with their spousal visa. Good Luck!
  17. Not sure about your experiences, but I have had personal experience where Democrats/Leftist are very intolerant of any view that does not agree with their’s. Many years ago, I dated a truly committed Democrat/Leftist, it was no big deal to me as I like hearing opposing views, but when she found out my political leanings she promptly broke up with me. Whatever, to each their own.
  18. Yes, it would seem filing on paper for the OP would be the better option here. It sounds like they did everything right for their time outside the U.S. and have a solid marriage, so the 3 yr rule should not be a big issue if the OP does not want to wait two more years to apply.
  19. Honestly, I would not deal with jumping through hoops trying to change the DS260. I would just document any changes and make those with the CO at the interview. Good Luck!
  20. If the name was changed through naturalization, then that certificate functions as the proof of that name change. Good Luck!
  21. Yes, this is the right time to apply. Once the I130 is approved, and it reaches the NVC stage you have some control over the timing to suit your plans. Good Luck!
  22. Staunch belief? Did the CA legislation and CA Governor by the name of Newsom propose, pass, and sign in a law that requires gender neutral toy aisle(s)? Not really sure about your personal issues/beliefs, that is your own burden, but open minds can be beneficial instead of simply relying on Democrat talking points/narratives.
  23. Heard a top of the hour news report on the radio (CBS I think) where they described the MI SC of punting this case. They did no such thing, they simply found that the lower court came to a correct decision, and there was no need for further litigation. Also keep in mind that the MI SC is now a majority Democrat. I agree, this really makes the CO SC look like a bunch of partisan hacks.
  24. You are ignoring section 5 of the 14th Amendment, the Democrat political operative Sidney B. (Who quite possibly lied under oath) glosses over it, but it deserves more analysis. What law has Congress passed with respect to Section 3 that would disqualify Trump? 18 US Code Section 2383 is the only one I know of, but the CO SC relied almost solely on the partisan output from Nancy Pelosi’s January 6th Committee (not a court of law, and no due process was followed) in their findings. Donald Trump has never been charged with insurrection under the law above even with the partisan prosecutor Jack Smith throwing everything against the wall. Additionally, the fact that other state SCs are seeing it differently that’s CO makes their case weak. We shall see what happens of course, but quite honestly I would put more faith in the analysis of a legal scholar like Turley (also a Democrat btw.), than a Democrat political operative, with very close ties to the Clinton family (we know what they are capable of manufacturing politically), like Blementhal. Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourteenth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution#Section_5:_Power_of_enforcement
  25. Did he make a copy or take a picture of it?
