The documents needed will be your uncle’s BC for your grandmother’s petition showing her as the mother, and your uncle’s BC and your mother’s BC for your mother’s petition showing they are siblings. Based on your story your husband should in fact get a 10 yr GC even if his visa was classified CR1. If for some reason he receives a 2 yr GC, he will need to file an I90 and get it corrected at USCIS’s expense. Good Luck!

Just curious, you mentioned applying for an enhanced DL and getting it 10 days after your oath ceremony. Why didn't you book an appointment for an emergency passport at the passport agency in NY. You can get same day or very fast passports there, even faster than any consulate.
