  1. Use Part 8 to list the additional ex-wives, and yes, you need to list all of them, and have all the divorce documentation in order. Good Luck!
  2. How many would Old Corrupt Petulant Joe get right?
  3. What country are you from? Do you have any plans to get together in person in the future prior to your eventual visa interview? Overall, I would not fret too much, when my now wife and I met, I filed the I129F about 9 months after we first met in person, and our meetings were only a few weeks at a time. Good Luck!
  4. Is anything coming out of the SPLC credible today?
  5. I agree with @Crazy Cat and @OldUser, it would seem the only option is to file an I90. You may also want to contact your U.S. Senator after filing the I90 to see if they can help (YMMV). You can also try the CIS Ombudsman. I wouldn’t bother with the typographical error form. Good Luck! https://www.dhs.gov/topics/cis-ombudsman
  6. This thread includes some good reference material. From what I can glean, if you were married under Sharia, and both Muslim, then a Sharia divorce should be acceptable. Based on your story, it may not be. Good Luck!
  7. The documents needed will be your uncle’s BC for your grandmother’s petition showing her as the mother, and your uncle’s BC and your mother’s BC for your mother’s petition showing they are siblings. I agree with @appleblossom, it never hurts to have both your mother and your grandmother file separate petitions. Good Luck!
  8. Based on your story your husband should in fact get a 10 yr GC even if his visa was classified CR1. If for some reason he receives a 2 yr GC, he will need to file an I90 and get it corrected at USCIS’s expense. Good Luck!
  9. That is fine and is a personal choice. Just remember you should also be checking their work closely as these services or lawyers also make mistakes. Good Luck!
  10. No Leftist ever considers the consequences of their reckless policies.
  11. Not entirely current, but many interesting reads. https://www.deadmalls.com/updates.html
  12. Send a note with proof of naturalization to the service center listed on the receipt NOA from the I130 petitions. Good Luck! https://citizenpath.com/upgrade-an-i-130-petition-after-naturalization/
  13. So did you received the NOA approval for the I751? I assume so since you are in line for an oath. I agree with the others, you won’t be able to naturalize.
  14. Yes, legal immigration could be reformed in this country, but that is no excuse for Biden throwing the border wide open in January 2021. And the bait and switch bill presented by the Democrats in the Senate was not comprehensive immigration reform.
  15. I thought these were Hottentots? https://www.rapala.com/us_en/storm/hard-baits/hot-n-tot-series
  16. It is interesting how gaslighted Leftist fail to see they are being gaslighted.
  17. Just curious, you mentioned applying for an enhanced DL and getting it 10 days after your oath ceremony. Why didn't you book an appointment for an emergency passport at the passport agency in NY. You can get same day or very fast passports there, even faster than any consulate.
  18. I agree with @appleblossom, but would add if they are in a country that is open, they can look at the diversity visa. Good Luck!
  19. Gotta love the Petulant Left. Hmm, Petulant Joe's greatest hits.
  20. Yep, Old Joe did that. Let's Go Brandon! Biden’s border crisis claims Laken Riley What Riley did not know was that on Sept. 8, 2022, her eventual killer, Ibarra, his wife, and his wife’s young child were arrested near El Paso, Texas, for illegally crossing the southern border. Ibarra was not the father of the young child he crossed with. In fact, the only reason Ibarra and his wife got married was to increase the chance they would be released into the United States after they were arrested. Like millions of other immigrants around the world, they knew Biden was more likely to release them into the country if they were arrested as a family. Ibarra and his wife also knew their final destination before they crossed: the Covenant House in New York City. They were not sent to New York because of some dastardly plan concocted by Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX). They were bound for New York because they knew they would be given shelter there. And they were. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/2886342/bidens-border-crisis-claims-laken-riley/
