  1. In general, the K1 medical exam should suffice for the AOS. The issues tend to be related to vaccinations not being complete, etc. which could lead to an RFE at some point. Submit the 3025 with your package, and you should be fine. Good Luck!
  2. But the I751 is still within normal processing times, so could a WoM drive a decision there? To my knowledge there is nothing that drives USCIS to adjudicate the I751 just because an N400 was submitted. Now for most, the cases are combined and decided at the same time, but there is no requirement that this happen unless someone has more information.
  3. But as soon as Tehran launched this attack they said through the UN everything is concluded. I wonder if Israel agrees. https://www.foxnews.com/world/iran-offers-israel-off-ramp-conclude-attack-launching-missiles-drones-jewish-state
  4. Probably not very long, but there are quite a few options out there for Left biased journalists that have opened their eyes.
  5. Yes, the CG, regardless if it is conditional supersedes the AP/EAD. She is now an LP and can travel outside the U.S.
  6. Congratulations on navigating a difficult journey, and thanks for providing an update. Enjoy West Michigan!
  7. Could go either here or in the immigration master thread, but this one was handy. I guess fewer police to enforce the laws is logical. Denver defunds police to pay for migrant crisis: Democrat city strips cops' budget of $8.4million in sweeping cuts https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13302377/denver-defunds-police-pay-migrant-crisis.html
  8. You can try the CIS Ombudsman, but if both cases are within normal processing times, they also may not be much help. Good Luck!
  9. Not necessary since you have the physical SSC with the note and a GC, you should be fine. Good Luck!
  10. Here is the most recent thread I could find. Good Luck!
  11. Interesting take. If Europe Pushes Putin, America Should Tap Out Even the United Kingdom, with Europe’s best military, is not ready for war with Russia. London is shrinking its army as it trims plans to increase military outlays. Sky News’ Deborah Haynes observed that “the armed forces would run out of ammunition ‘in a few days’ if called upon to fight”; “the UK lacks the ability to defend its skies against the level of missile and drone strikes that Ukraine is enduring”; and “it would take five to 10 years for the army to be able to field a war-fighting division of some 25,000 to 30,000 troops backed by tanks, artillery and helicopters.” Only slightly less reckless than entering the war are proposals to bring Ukraine into NATO—which most members have continued to reject despite the 2008 Bucharest declaration endorsing the inclusion of Kiev and Tbilisi. Indeed no one in NATO wanted to defend either country, so members lied for the next 14 years about their willingness to invite the two governments to join. Alas, having previously been misled about NATO expansion, Moscow took the prospect seriously, which ultimately animated Vladimir Putin’s invasion decision. Even then the alliance wasn’t prepared for nuclear war over Ukraine and stayed out. Nor are most members prepared for such a conflict today, despite the increasing attempt by Eastern Europeans to drag America into the war. That makes it even more important for the allies to step back from the abyss. Washington long ago recognized that Ukraine matters little for America’s defense. Kiev spent most of US history as part of the Russian empire in one form or another. Washington never considered going to war over who ruled Kiev. It should not do so now. The Biden administration should make very clear that if European meddling in Ukraine leads to war, America’s allies are on their own, NATO notwithstanding. There is no alliance obligation to rescue those joining someone else’s fight. Washington also should forthrightly reject Kiev’s NATO aspirations. No one has a right to join. Alliances are supposed to increase security. Accepting a country at war with Russia would yield conflict not peace. https://www.theamericanconservative.com/if-europe-pushes-putin-america-should-tap-out/
  12. Another win for Old Corrupt Petulant Pedophile Joe. What Washington got wrong about Niger and Russia It appears that the U.S. delegation’s visit to Niamey in March — led by Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Molly Phee and AFRICOM Commander General Michael Langley — did significant damage. Sahel expert Alex Thurston noted the reportedly uniliteral announcement of the U.S. delegation’s visit, and the relatively low rank of visiting officials, may have played a part. The subject of the talks — Niger’s turn towards Russia and Iran — appears to have been equally insulting. Ironically, the U.S. delegation’s attempt to counter Russian influence in Niger has further pushed the CNSP to seek ties with Russia. U.S. focus on Russia misses the reality that Africans, not Russians or Americans, are driving major political shifts in the Sahel. The formation of the Alliance of Sahelian States (AES), for example, was a project initiated by Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger first and foremost to counteract the military threat from a regional bloc, ECOWAS. That Russia welcomed the development does not mean Moscow inspired it. https://responsiblestatecraft.org/us-niger-russia/
  13. What is wrong with this? Gridlock in DC is a good thing.
  14. Hate to laugh about someone assuming room temperature, but the Norm MacDonald bits are still funny!
  15. Seems appropriate here. Of course Lisa Cook has done many of the same things as say Claudine Gay, or Joe Biden, but of course the University she was working at during that period looked the other way while telling students plagiarism is bad. Now, she is a Federal Reserve Governor, DIE run amok? Trouble at the Fed Does the deliberate recycling of old material, including material from coauthors, constitute academic misconduct? It is true that journalists, for example, often adapt previous reporting into a compilation or a book. But the standard in academia is more rigorous. According to the Michigan State University guidebook, republishing identical material across multiple journals, without proper attribution, appears to be a violation of the rule against “self-plagiarism.” The standard is that scholars cannot use copied language “regardless of whether [they] are or are not the author of the source of the copied text or idea.” What should the consequences be for this kind of academic misconduct? At Michigan State, administrators have warned students that “plagiarism is considered fraud and has potentially harsh consequences including loss of job, loss of reputation, and the assignation of reduced or failing grade in a course.” Certainly, for an esteemed professor and now a governor of the Federal Reserve, that standard should be the bare minimum. https://www.city-journal.org/article/lisa-d-cooks-careless-scholarship
  16. I guess Maxine Waters needed to top the petulance of SJL. Hmm, I remember when Ms. Waters was inciting insurrectiony actions, but of course don't criticize her because that is racist. 17. The ladies on The View are extremely petulant. I believe one of them has a family history of slave owning, and they also seem to forget the Democrat Party also has a long history with slavery which they seem to keep to this day. They're Gonna Put Y'all Back in Chains: Whoopi Goldberg Says Republicans Want to Bring Back Slavery https://twitchy.com/fuzzychimp/2024/04/11/whoopi-goldberg-republicans-want-to-bring-back-slavery-n2394970
  18. Just another out-of-touch member of the Biden Administration. Not really surprising considering his background. I do love the walk-back attempt to try and tie Mayor Pete's comments to January 6th. I wonder if the residents talked to felt threatened on January 6th. Sec. Buttigieg says he can 'safely' walk dog, but DC native is more frightened: 'Prisoner in your own home' Buttigieg said Sunday during an MSNBC interview he can "safely walk my dog to the Capitol today in a way you couldn't do when we all got here," a comment that outraged some fearful D.C. residents who have faced skyrocketing crime in recent years. A Department of Transportation spokesperson said in a statement that Buttigieg was referring to the "deadly January 6th domestic terrorist attack in 2021 that led to hundreds of National Guard troops being stationed for months at the U.S. Capitol." "I definitely do not feel safe, and I think about leaving this neighborhood that I love all the time," a woman who has lived in the District for eight years told Fox News. https://www.foxnews.com/media/sec-buttigieg-says-safely-walk-dog-dc-native-frightened-prisoner-home
  19. The main thing though is the Democrat Administration now is just as clueless as the team back in the late '70's.
  20. Ok, so how did this case end up in NYC? Also, if this was also a case of trying to influence elections, I wonder what Judge Swain thinks about all the political cases against Trump? Aimee Harris, 41, was also ordered to fork over $20,000 and serve three years of probation for what Manhattan Chief US District Judge Laura Taylor Swain called a “despicable” act. Judge Swain said that Harris, apart from being motivated by greed, had hoped to impact the 2020 election result. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/florida-mom-who-stole-sold-ashley-biden-diary-sentenced-to-month-in-prison/ar-BB1llOO4

  22. Still trying to understand how the Left was able to change the definition of “stole”? Regardless, I agree, this means the contents of the diary are real, and we can add Pedophile to the list of adjectives describing Old Joe. No wonder the Lincoln Project types like Joe.
  23. Considering the lack of trust with the Federal agencies, maybe it is best to let this die. The Feds are going to do anything they want anyway with no consequences.
