This is absolutely not true. How could you make a blanket statement like that, on a forum filled with immigrants. Please think before making such ignorant offensive statements.

I went with my spouse but he was just sitting in the lobby. He didn't even enter the service center.

Hey guys. If you update the list yourself, please make sure you're using the most recent one. It's happened multiple times now where users and their info is being erased just so someone else can update their own.

Make sure you're on the LAST page of the thread, scroll to the bottom of the page, and copy/quote the most recently posted version of the list that you see.

You can't just pick a random version of the list and update it, it doesn't work that way.

No, and as far as I know it's not going to. People on here have said it's only gonna change when you get an approval. Others have gotten their green card without it ever changing.

I wouldn't bother checking it to be honest. If anything just turn on email/text notifications

You're fine, and should be receiving the 1-year extension letter in a couple days.
Also your list of evidence looks fine to me, and if it's not USCIS will send you an RFE and/or schedule you an interview. If your marriage is legitimate, you have nothing to worry about.
It's hard to say what you're "missing" because everyone is in different situations.

Just make sure that when you do file, use the I-751 form from USCIS.gov
I made the mistake of using the one from the guide, and it was out of date so they sent my application back

Pretty sure that one of the requirements for citizenship is to be in the country the majority of the time.
Demonstrate continuous residence in the United States for at least 5 years immediately preceding the date of filing Form N-400.
Show that you have been physically present in the United States for at least 30 months out of the 5 years immediately preceding the date of filing Form N-400.

For someone who's not a Trump fan you sound like you spend your free time memorizing his rally speeches. Remember when you speak of "illegals", these are human beings just like you and me, they have families who love them. Some of them were brought to the US before they were old enough to understand what was happening. Now this is all they know and realistically don't have anything to go back to if they were to be deported. Try having some humanity.
That being said it seems like so much of Donald's campaign rhetoric was just empty words, to pull in his gullible supporters. If you immigrated here legally, I doubt you have anything to worry about. If you immigrated here illegally, then it may be a different story..especially if you have a criminal record it seems.

USCIS doesn't give a what your ex-wife says to them or why you got divorced. Now that you're divorced, all you have to do is collect as much evidence as possible that your marriage was legit and file on your own.
I don't understand these people who try to kick you out of the country just because the marriage didn't work out. Just know that she has no power over your immigration journey. I don't know why she thinks she does. She obviously didn't have much knowledge of the process.

My online case status changed to card/document production for the i-485 and that i should receive my card in 30 days.
You can see in my signature that i only applied in march, and had my biometrics last month.
I replied to an RFE last week and was maybe expecting something to happen with my EAD application, but the online case status for that form still says initial review.
Im skeptical/confused. What card do you guys thinking is being produced? The green card?

Literally don't see the point in this post. You intentionally sent insufficient documents and got an RFE. How is this in anyway
a worthwhile experiment? I'm pretty sure most people on this forum understand that this is what's going to happen
if you don't end USCIS everything they need.
Plus, like you said. Everyones case/situation is different. Even if you had not gotten the RFE, if another person had
applied for ROC using the same evidence you sent the first time, then the chance of them getting an RFE is still there..

I know easier said than done, but just try keep your mind on other things. I was away from my now husband for 6 months, and no matter how hard I tried there was just a constant ache. But we are now married, and been living together for 5 months and all of that waiting and being apart just seems like a distant nightmare. It's all worth it in the end

It can take up to a year to receive the green card. A lot can happen between a newly married couple in that time. Especially when you do it through something like the K1 visa where you may not have spent very much time living with the person.
