nothing comes back untrue bill. Either way though it depicts some sort of fraud. Ask us about it when those shots you did wear off

I say since you won't believe any of us here, go ahead and send it in a d see what they do. You will only be out 500+ dollars and months of your time. Or you could listen to everyone and not get an I told you so. It's really not hard but the hardheadedness is going to cause you issues

It took mine about 2 days after I got NOA1 text that was 6 days after I sent it in

I didn't write on envelope and actually forgot the cover letter even after check and rechecking 20 times. I didn't have sticky notes on alot of papers expalining what they were. Received NOA1 not a problem very quickly.

I received my text and email NOA1 about a week after they received. I paid with personal check and check cleared bank about 3 days later. I just received my hard copy of the NOA1 in mail today showing California Service Center. So maybe that will give you a time frame that may help you.

Guys it's ok. She watched the videos because it was easier for her to understand language wise. It is no be deal. I was just wanting to reassure her. I appreciate the responses but to agree is not needed or what I wanted . I just was curious that's all I wanted to reassure her it is not an issue. Medical is not an issue. She is completely healthy. She had questions I wanted to answer. She search for a answer in a language easy for her to understand. I didn't want this to turn into a pissing match , just wanted info on experience in Kyiv that's all

It's not that , she sees videos to try to prepare best she can and you know as well as I do videos only tell story of people that not happy. I told her to relax and not worry. She used to be a smoker and i think in back of mind she worry about this. I think it is mostly the understanding we may have in West of medicine. She has never had any medical issues ever except many many years ago when she had her twins. But that is also the result of 1990's medicine. But I can say after my fight with MRSA after a knee surgery that resulted in a knee replacement it has not changed much.

Hello all my fiance has been watching YouTube to learn some information about the medical portion from Kyiv.

She was worried about the large amounts of negative information she sees from the chest x-ray and everyone that must do the spetum test and delays. I feel she sees alot that my be from the Moscow medical instead. What is the take on this from one's that have medical in Kyiv so I can try to calm the worries of delays

Just received my electronic notification. I sent I-129F out on March 15. Said I would receive Hard copy in mail soon. Yeah !!!

I supplied both the extract from the City justice of the prior marriage which show Madien and married name and also the divorce decree that clearly showed in the document change back to madien name. Check your translation maybe the issue is with the translation. Just a thought that could be over looked

yes it had everything correct, just no cover. I looked at USCIS site and it does not mention a cover. Of course it would of been nice to have. But yes everything was down per the guide. 

Well i sent off my I-129F and supporting documents today. then I cam home only to see the cover letter sitting on my desk. you can triple check everything and something always happens.

Should I stress about this or will it be ok without ?

I did add sticky notes to all the papers with descriptions.

The apostille stuff had me confused. I am starting the first step this week and just wanted to be sure about it all... Thank for help guys

Thank guys that is what I have asked her to do. She was worried about the apostle. So that is good to hear. I will make sure we both have copies of all papers to be safe.

Bill thank you very much. She has ordered a new divorce decree as on she had was laminated and she also got the information to show the change ate marriage and change back at divorce of name. . I appreciate the help

Guys I have read and read until my brain is like a mush.

Starting the intial filing and very confused if apositle is need for my fiance's divorce papers, name change papers or anything else I need right now to do initial filing.

I am sorry I tried to search but having issues. I am from US and she's in Ukraine
