Probably not since the letter was initially sent on 10/22/18 (my combo interview date when my IO approved the both applications), but I just received it since they sent it to the wrong address!
The letter states that I will receive a Green Card within 60 days so it's been over 60 days since 10/22/18!

Interestingly, I've just received a letter (I-797 Notice of Action) stating that my request for the removal of condition (I-751) has been approved and I'll receive a Green Card in 60 days!
The date of the notice was 10/22/2018! I passed the combo interview and my IO approved my I-751 on that date! I assume that it's a letter stating that they closed my I-751 case!
I hope I don't get my 10-year Green Card by mistake!
Since I'm a US citizen now, I'm not supposed to have a Green Card so I'll need to make an InfoPass appointment to return it if they send it to me! 
It's the first time that I don't want to receive a Green Card from USCIS!

Here is my combo interview experience at the Seattle office!
I brought my spouse, but my IO didn't bother interviewing him (who was waiting outside)!
I guess I sent more than enough supporting documents for my I-751 application!
My IO asked me how we met, if my spouse has visited my hometown and met my parents, who usually cooks, who usually manages our finances, if we're thinking about adopting children, etc.!
My IO asked me to show her our joint condo ownership certificate since I told her that we bought a condo 1.5 years ago.
I also showed her our 2017 joint tax return transcript. 
For the citizenship part, I scored the first 6 questions correctly!
- What do we call the first ten amendments of the Constitution?
- We elect a President for how many years?
- What is the name of the Speaker of the House of Representatives now?
- Who lived in America before the Europeans arrived?
- When was the Declaration of Independence adopted?
- Name one of the two longest rivers in the United States?
My IO asked me to read "George Washington was the first president of the United States." and write "Lincoln was president during the Civil War."
My combo interview took 30 minutes!

I'm glad you were able to have the same day Oath Ceremony!
I finished my interview at 4pm so I had to go back to the Seattle office the following day for my Oath Ceremony!

Take all your documents (even though you probably won’t need them), and have a read through your n400 form because you’ll be asked those questions verbally again, so you should answer the same way as you filled in. Good luck!

Yes, my IO asked me how we met, if my spouse has visited my hometown and met my parents, who usually cooks, who usually manages our finances, if we're thinking about adopting children, etc.!

My combo interview took 30 minutes!

I'm having my interview at 2:15pm next Monday so there no way I can have the same-day oath ceremony either.
It sounds like I'll be going back to the Seattle office the next day (Tuesday) for my oath ceremony!

- Don't show up too early, someone had an interview at 1:30 and they told them to come back in 20 min.
- The only parking available is $7 cash only.
- Made it to the interview/oath ceremony room at 12:50.
- Had my number called out at 2:40 (I was J150, the number called out when I first got in was J114)

The "test" part of the interview took maybe 5 min, the rest of it was confirming all the details of the application under oath. I was out at 2:55 or so.
- I'm a single filer, no kids, etc. so didn't have anything to create complications.
- Interviewer only asked for my ID, Green Card, current/previous passports, Selective Service registration, and list of trips abroad since I applied.
- Oath scheduled for 10:30 am tomorrow.
An oath ceremony started next to the waiting room at 2:30 and it was over when I came out of the interview at 3:00, so at least this part doesn't seem to take too long.

Great to hear that!
I thought it would be "funny" to make an InfoPass appointment (after becoming a US citizen) to return a Green Card!
In fact, it'd be kind of confusing like "What??? You're a US citizen now!!?? And you made an InfoPass appointment for a Green Card!!??"
