First we need to know how long you have been a PR for and how long you have been married for? The requirements to apply for US Citizenship are that you have been married to and living with your American spouse for 3 years and that you have at least been a PR for 3 years minus 90 days at the time you apply. 
 
I would also suggest renewing your Canadian passport even if you are going to get US Citizenship.

Thank you everyone for their answers.  This person is not a friend and in no way am I close to them.  I was speaking with them about my fiancé having to do his AOS and immigration papers and this guy just started telling me his "story" is it true I don't know.  I honestly don't care.  I just wanted to know if there was an actul legal pathway to him staying here or if because he broke the law by overstaying and has deportation against him if there is no shot. Thank you everyone.  I'll pass on the info.

Immigration gave him a work permit and let them work legally after they issued deportation order? Because of no paperwok?

Like Cheezes said it is their source of income. The immigration organization recieves millions of applications and are still under resourced. The workers handling your case has to get paid somehow.

US passport is ample proof of US citizenship. 

There is no point in canceling the K1 at this time. AP is used for background checks, security checks, document verification
and if you file again she can end up in AP again. Wait until AP is completed, if denied then re file with a front loaded petition.
Why on earth would you want to cancel it when the decision is still pending and she could be approved.

Anyway in that thread you stated you FIRST entered the US in March 16. So your stamp should be valid until March 17. But you state that stamp was not signed- so the CPB gave you another stamp (signed) until Nov 17.
 
Technically you have all the requirements needed to travel. A valid stamp until Nov 17.(unless there is something wrong with the Nov 17 stamp as well?) Because you are now posting your stamp expired. (?)
 
If you do have a stamp until Nov 17 then your problem seems to be with the airline. Another member advised you to escalate the situation with the airline. Have you done that? You were also told to contact the Embassy for assistance. Did you contact the embassy yet?
