    Thank you. My fiancé did the DS160 herself already and submitted it from Davao. Now I am trying to set the interview and the form is asking for a Priority Date? Don't know what that is. Also asking for an address, but we want to get the visa in manila as she isn't planning on going back to Davao. Shes flying to Manila on Tuesday.

      The priority date It's the 'received date' on the NOA1. After the interview She can change the delivery to the MOA. Just inform the CO. If that doesn't work there is a check out desk she'll go to after the interview. If that fails she can change it online within 24 hours if the interview.
