He exhausted all options to be with the woman he loves. Who are you to stop him,, besides its just a request...If others request for expedite and got decline too bad..

Its not fraudulent to request for expedite he is not violating any rules... It is a mere request...

OP i know majority of us will advise you that there is no expedite... just try to file for expedite. if its not approve then atleast you try.
as for the others who are judging your girl getting pregnant if its your or not...if its scam or not.. dates are confusing... you will know and should know that yourself.. the people here are just concern and are entitled to our opinion..

all documents he sends you must be notarized by a US accredited notary. its okay if he is not present as long as your evidence is strong enough to prove that you and your husband was together at the time of having the baby and evidence he is supporting the baby and he is an american citizen.

OP i can understand that you want to meet your husband's family, you want his parents to meet their grandchild, you want your family to be together. These are valid reasons. Even i wish for all of these. (My husband can not start the process yet for financial reasons)
But your husband has reasons why he doesnt want you there. You may have step out of line when you shared your problems to your in law (a person you have not before). Marital problems should be settled within family. He visita you, talk to him. Last thing he wants is for someone to meddle with his family...
He visits you 3-4 times a year? Lucky you.
Just please take into consideration that you have a 1yr old child. If you force yourself in buying a ticket, you can do that. Nobody can stop you but what will be your life there? What will happen to your child? Will you work? Who will take care of your child?

I dont know about the visa in vietnam. Biy definitely your child does not need visa to enter usa.
Regarding tickets. Children below 2 years old can be a lap child. But it is advised to have a seat for the child since it will be a long travel, you have that option when you book the ticket.
You would still need to pay for the taxes though

OP if the child has US and PI passport, you might want to seek help with PI embassy too. maybe they can help. the child is a Filipino too. it may be true that US law prevails since you are in the US, however PI law also exist and MAY be applicable. from what i know, the mother has the sole custody if the child is illegitimate according to PI laws.

nope. it will undergo same process. you would still need to wait. they would only tell you what documents need to be prepared which you can ask from anyone or check on threads here.
