CR1 Visa: Help ASAP & Bona Fide Relationship Question?

I am applying for CR1 visa for my wife whom I married in Singapore in March 2013. She's living there while I'm a US citizen living in the USA. I would like to apply as early as next week but no later than next month. I'm trying to provide documentation and prove the bona fide relationship. I need your help:

I am writing an affidavit, and we are strong believers in our faith (Christianity). We have known each other for seven years. I would like to be open and honest with whomever our case goes to and in my spousal affidavit. We broke up two times before we finally decided to get married... would that raise a red flag? Do I need to mention why we broke up? Should I mention our break ups in the spousal affidavit?

Also, I'm submitting affidavits from my brother and a few close friends who know the whole story and can tell about our relationship. I will be submitting pictures when we first dated and progrsesed to to our wedding. Of course, I'm submitting some emails/Skype IMs/calls (we didn't pay), letters/cards, and a copy of our marriage certificate (does it have to be the real thing or will a photocopy be ok)... is that enough to prove bona fide relationship?

We talk everyday and we are planning to see each other again not in the US but elsewhere since I don't think she can visit me when the CR1 application is in process, right? Will that prove ongoing marital union?

Hope to hear from some of you. Thank you in advance.

If you're going to use affidavits, I would try to even it out - don't just get your family to do it or it will look one sided. I'd try to get at least one of her friends/family members to do it, too. The marriage certificate only has to be a photocopy (you'll need the original farther along in the process), but if it's not in English make sure you attach a translation. Aside from that, your evidence looks fine. If you could somehow prove co-mingling of finances or something of the sort, that would be even better. Also, she's allowed to visit you during the CR-1 process, but there's no guarantee the POE officer would let her in at customs. She would have to take documents giving a lot of proof that she would be inclined to return to her country and not just stay in the States.

I would think that you have enough of evidence to prove a bonafide relationship. In my case my husband and I didn't sent much. We submitted our marriage certificate, 10 photos mostly wedding photos and an affidavit from my sister in law. We didn't submit any emails/Skype or any other evidence other than the documents I mentioned earlier. I was nervous about getting an RFE based on the posts I read on this website. However, our I130 was approved last month with no RFE :)

You do not need to do a spousal affidavit. I would suggest not doing one.
