No, the foreign citizens credit is not looked at (unless it resulted in charges being filed). No worries...

Regarding those who are deployed please remember that this was by choice. People do not join the service not knowing that there is a chance of deployment.
I saddened that you feel that telling me to 'suck it up' is helpful when I believe it is clear that I am feeling very depressed.
I should not have posted anything here.

Why are you even considering changing your name?
I know I will get hammered for this, but don't you find it a bit sexist? A red flag because you don't assign your husband's name to you? Did he change his?
    This is a non-issue.

I would put out the arguement that those of us too old to have children have fewer years together due to less life span and should have priority over the younger ones. ( makes as much sense as giving baby factories a fast pass )

So less complicated is what you want.A different opinion from yours is ignorant?
Adults can use condoms, the pill, etc. to prevent pregnancies. Adults should know that not using protection can result in pregnancies. When adults make the choice to engage in unprotected sex, they knowingly risk getting pregnant.
Accidents do happen. However, no one I know have ever accidentally had intercourse. Having sex is a choice with consequences.
Getting pregnant during the immigration process and then lamenting how the immigration process prevents the father from being there at birth is bupkis.

Note to OP: "consummate" in the context of marriage means to have sex for the first time. If you've already done that, the only way to "consummate" anything is to marry somone else.

I believe, by definition, that a marriage is consummated once, not repeatedly. Usually thought to be the first time a married couple have sex.

A lot of the problems are created by the person bringing the immigrant in to the country. Many people go internet shopping for a person they cant find in the U.S. To good looking, to skinny/ too fat, large age divergence, and so on. Many people also think, if they bring a foreign mate to the U.S. this person should be grateful, for the rest of their life, for having recued them from the terrible fate, of having to life the rest of their life in the country they grow up in and love.
Look into the mirror and be realistic.

No, you don't have to renounce your Canadian citizenship. It's simply not recognized in US. As far as the US is concerned, you will be a US citizen, and as far as Canada is concerned, you're a Canadian citizen.

Try a little logic. If you were the officer what would you do with a written mountain of this type of chat. Keep in mind these people are busy and at least one is working on your case. Send in a few pages from the beginning, a few from the middle and a few more recent pages.
