Heck, if another man is tapping her hard with his Honkey-Kong, it should be alright with him,.......it's just sex. no trust has been broken, everything can go on normal.someone who ses" it's just sex" is an indication that they themselves do it with other women while being married and then turn around and justify their actions.....

wow..you earn about $40,000 a year and were giving her $300 per week = $1,200 per month = $14,000 per year...thats almost half your years pay going to her just to "spend"?? wow...not good...

I would just stay put and file for adjustment of status at this point. The UK won't give you a tourist visa and you wont be able to come back on VWP again. You've kinda made a mess with that overstay, so I think the best way out of it is get a greencard before you leave the US again.

Ask your spouse if she is willing to re-locate to your country...because there's NO OPTION for you...it's been one bad thing after another for you since you entered the U.S.
First of all,...you violated your F-1 visa status...then after that you went working illegally, then you claimed to be a U.S. citizen...so its just been a domino effect that has now caught up to you...
Its best you leave the U.S. as soon as possible...you got your degree from here, that should help you back in your country, but in reality, there's no option for you....

sounds like she had a coach for her immigration fraud or a series of coaches.
2 weeks in country and she does this? All was planned, prior.
Cut yer losses, file for divorce on Monday. Change the locks, change yer telephone number, do not contact her further.
She's setting you up for a VAWA claim, but she's stupid - she not need to adjust to a 10 year card later down the road with VAWA - a divorce, instead, will be helpful for her in filing the ROC bit.
Seriously, change the locks today, change yer # on Monday, file the divorce on Monday.
You've been had. You can certainly file a report with ICE, if you want.
To any one of the faithful VJ readers who want to say, "Wait! There's always 2 sides to the story!" - uhm, sorry, I get to disregard you, this one time.

You seem to be taking two very different issues and crowbarring them into the same debate. Protecting your family and the issue of trust and respect are not the same thing at all. It's fantastic if a person would take a bullet for their wife (wouldn't we all), but if she's more than happy to sleep with other people then you have to question if she'd really do the same back.
They wouldn't be fatherless just because a couple split up - your reasoning is a bit of a slap in the face to all of those that are no longer together, for whatever reason. Would you not support your children even if you were no longer with your wife? And I like how you blame the person cheated on for marriage break-ups, rather than, y'know, the person who cheats. Bizarre and again, you don't have the right to question them or the choice they make after being betrayed.
You don't have the right to say this in such a generalised manner. And I can't speak for anyone else, but your thinly-veiled "I love my wife enough to die for her. If you break-up over this issue you clearly don't love her enough" approach is extremely lame.
With your particular stance I hope you don't give anyone ideas.

As citizens we often feel that government agencies should acquiesce to our demands because we're citizens and taxpayers. The people adjudicating your CRBA application have to be certain that the criteria are met. It's that person's perception that matters, not the applicant's.
It's not a personal thing. It's a career thing. They like their jobs and want to keep them. They have to make decisions that they can defend when scrutinized by their supervisors/superiors.
I suggest you dial back the arrogance several notches and work harder to supply additional substantive evidence of your physical presence in the US. That will get you to the desired result.

He fills out the I-864 with information about his income. She fills out the I-864A with information about her income. Her income from the I-864A is added to his income on line 27 of his I-864. The total should equal what's on their tax return.
A single tax return transcript for both should be sufficient.
Read the form instructions and forms carefully. Unlike the I-864, which is a contract between the sponsor and the government, the I-864A is a contract between the household member (her) and the sponsor (him). You have to keep this in mind when reading the instructions. Both of them have to sign the I-864A (remember - it's a contract between them), but only he has to sign the I-864.
