    Please explain why you think you are the one to "approve" their visas? All B2 visa applications and approvals/denials are handled by the consulate. You don't have a thing to do with any of it.

    No. Her visa expires the moment she sets foot in the U.S., the k-1 is a single entry visa.

    Much easier to renew it while you're still in Canada.

    Which COUNTRY are you from, not continent. How many days did they give you to stay when you entered the U.S and did you stay longer than they said you could stay?( visa expiration isn't the same thing) If you cannot answer that, no one can help you. It's easy to understand.

    Why would you allow your mother to opt out of getting insurance? Who do you think will pay for her medical bills when she gets sick? She already IS sick, she has diabetes. Do you understand how expensive health v=costs are in this country, let alone her?

    Why ask for advice and then attack everyone who is trying to help? It isn't our fault that you did not understand what you were supposed to do, or that you asked the wrong question. And it's especially not our fault that doctors charge what they charge or that we don't have a specific list of civil surgeons and their exact fees.

    If your timeline truly is correct, WoM is the only thing left to do at this point. I suggest a new lawyer if you choose to go this route because if he/she is telling you to file an I130, they don't know what they're talking about.
