Mojority of forgein marriages are fraud? I get sick when i hear comments like that ... Sorry, but you have been misinformed! The majority are real, but there are also a few fraud ones, mostly from the same countries.

I sure wish some people knew an answer for sure before they post help for someone. It could really cause legal problems with the wrong advise.
#1. You can't get in a jam or have problems for filing, withdrawing and then filing again with another respondent (foreign fiancee) ---- I personally know guys who have been through this. USCIS understands that all relationships don't work.
#2 If you break up with your fiancee you need to file a "Motion to Withdraw I129F"
Contact the National Visa Center with a request to withdraw your petition. No explanation is necessary. Be sure to reference any confirmation numbers you received in response to your original petition. Send this letter certified.
Wait until you receive confirmation that your petition has been withdrawn. Be patient, as notification of withdrawn petitions can take some time.

You shouldn't really worry too much about filing another K1 in the future. You never know where and in what circumstances you will meet your future spouse.
However, canceling a K1 is not a barrier from filing future ones.

Since the system seems to be so log jammed now, maybe Mr. Obama can grant us all amnesty. Granting our all our beneficiarys admission into the US without interview, so they can get caught up again.

I can be as bitter as I want to be. How could you expect I not be bitter when I see people who met twice in real life get through this process in mere months and then all of a sudden the beneficiary has a double life and was only using the petitioner? That kind of BS messes it up for everyone else. And it's offensive to me that the government would even QUESTION if my relationship was real. I gave birth alone, I am raising my child alone, I work a full time job and pay all the bills alone. And yet it's taken me 14 months and like I said before, we're not even half way through. But the government doesn't care enough about me, even though I'm a USC, they'll just keep on chugging away, approving fake marriages so they can advance within the ranks of USCIS while people like me (and believe me, there are MANY of us) sit and wait... and wait.... and wait....
Did you not read my story? You don't have to have sympathy for me. You can be rude, too, but I'll say this, you will NEVER know my struggle. You'll sit back, in your comfy chair, and go to bed every night next to your spouse and enjoy life and the fact you probably got through in 5 months time. So good luck and bless your lucky stars your process probably didn't/probably won't take YEARS to complete.

Simply put... because we all pay the same fee, we should all get the same degree of service.

I'll never understand why USCIS approves petitions for people who meet online and then in real life all of two times before getting married... but then when someone like me (who LIVED with my husband, WORKED with my husband, and was PREGNANT with his child) drives 400 miles in one day to marry him while he's detained in immigration jail, USCIS thinks I have a f***ing fake marriage and takes twice the amount of time to approve my petition. This sh!t pisses me off so much.

FACT: I dont think any of my replies was concerning anything you said. FACT: yes my husband is proudly Nigerian and?? FACT: I havent thought of, heard of, or tried to know anyting about my ex in over 3 years. FACT: friends drop what they want to drop at "my door" without asking for it yet, I do have the right to entertain what to do with the information. FACT: I didnt pose this question or expose my story for anyone to agree or not agree with my thoughts, i was asking if anyone knew if its possible at this point to fight the VAWA..now that I KNOW thats wat he did. It is the least that can be done when using the forum, it is a whole comunity that will benefit by the statistical significance of your (and everyone elses) timelines.
