My fianc 's interview appointment is a April 21 and I will be gathering and sending my W-2 form, 1040, and monthly bank summaries; what other documents would I need?

How far back of bank summaries should I include? (how many months?)

How many years of tax returns should I include? I plan to include both my 2022 and 2021, is that sufficient?

Since my fianc 's interview is past the April 15 tax date; will the consulate require the 2022 tax returns, or will 2021 tax returns be ok? I have my 2022 tax returns, but my brother who is is my joint sponsor will file for tax extension and will file taxes in June instead of April, can we use my brother's 2021 tax returns?

I wasn't able to find much about the i-134 here on VJ, except an I-134 example PDF that was from 2018, any tips or links would be helpful. Thanks in advance

We filed ROC in January. By February it showed fingerprints were taken on my wife's case. Just got a letter for her daughter. Why would they use the old fingerprints for my wife and not a 16 year old who was on the same application? Now I have to take her out of school, take her an hour away on the 28th because of course they scheduled the appointment for 10:00.

My husband (usc) and i are not sure if we should hire a lawyer for my case or just wing it.

I came here on f1 visa and accidentally got pregnant. After finding out, I dropped out with the intention to go back to my home country for an abortion. That now has changed as we decided to get married and keep the pregnancy. We got a courthouse wedding last month with no witness, and are expecting our son this June.

We re afraid it will be hard to prove our marriage to officers as our relationship is pretty new (little under a year,) and we only have shared utility bills starting feb. We ve been living together since november, however only his name is on the deed since we were not married and I was already out of status. We have insurance together, he is an air force officer, so I m in deers and have tricare for 9 months (the longest period allowed without a ssn, just enough time for my delivery). We re looking into obtaining an itin for me so that we can open a joint bank account, and for him to add me as authorized user on his credit cards. Friends and family are aware of us so testimonies are not a problem, but we are not sure if these are enough to prove anything.

Mother in law coming next month to USA on B1 tourist visa from Vietnam. Any recent arrivals can tell me how long the officer at port of entry (POE) gave them to stay in USA? I would like her to stay until August so that she can travel back with my family. We're going on a one month vacation to Vietnam in August. Is it advisable to write a short letter that she can give to the POE officer requesting a 4 month stay so that we can all travel back together?

So we filed the N-400 on the 6th and the 7th they received and sent a "schedule biometrics" appointment letter as well and we have until June 14 to get it done. Being overseas we can do it on base and I was wondering how quickly after sending biometrics are people seeing the scheduled interview/oath?

The USCIS says for the typical 5 year to expect 11 months, but could we see something quicker since we were accepted under the 319b?

At what point would I reach out to Atlanta USCIS to ask for a one day interview/oath?
