update passport number for K2 visa - please help

Hello - Can someone please help me update my fiance's kid passport number?  There is no place to update K2 passport info upon logging into the account. (HCMC embassy)

 

Our office already contacted you by telephone and notified you about the reason why we were unable to deliver your visa.  Please IMMEDIATELY take the following action and notify our office at: https://vn.usembassy.gov/ivcontact when it is done.

 

  • (Name removed)  may log in to the account at: http://bit.ly/us-login NOW to update her passport number.

 

If you need assistance, you may contact the Support Center by e-mail at: support-vietnam@ustraveldocs.com.

I did email them and still waiting.  Just thought someone here knows the answer.  Thanks!
