US Immigration from United Kingdom

I ve been expedite and trying to find interview date to book myself In. However for few days now, the available days doesn t change. I ve got my medical booked already, and only available interviews so far are on the same day or few days earlier.

Hence my question - is it okay to have interview on the same day? Or even few hours before medical?
i wouldn t want it to affect my timeline too much. Does it really put your visa on hold?

Could you please tell me your experience of how long it took to receive your passport after you were approved at your final interview? My husband was approved Thursday in London and I am trying to figure out if he will be be here for our daughters birthday next weekend. He was told 1-2 weeks, so trying to get a feel for exact timing. Thanks in advance!

Some quick questions if I may and I apologise for the naivety but I just want to be clear on what needs to be done. We are at the NVC stage and are going to be submitting the I-864 shortly along with that of a joint sponsor, a family member in the states as my wife lives here in the UK with me.

Firstly, when filling out my wife s form do we put down her UK earnings considering we declare it on our tax return and therefore appears on our tax transcript even though this will not be continued income in the US hence the joint sponsor?

Secondly how do we upload a joint sponsors form and additional documents needed onto CEAC, is it just a case of the family member downloading the I864 completing it and emailing it to us to upload along with their supporting docs too?

Once again apologies if this seems naive but for whatever reason this part has thrown us off!

I filed for AoS (based on K1) in January 2020, in Sacramento. I got lucky and managed to have Biometrics just before everything closed in March, and now have my EAD.

I see that other field offices seem to be doing Green Card interviews again, but the VisaJourney page for the Sacramento office hasn t had an interview acceptance since April.

Are there any other 2020/ 2019 Sacramento filers our there? I ve been in Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview since June. I know it s normal to be in this status for much longer than this, but this field office was pretty fast pre-COVID.
