US Immigration from United Kingdom

I filed for AoS (based on K1) in January 2020, in Sacramento. I got lucky and managed to have Biometrics just before everything closed in March, and now have my EAD.

I see that other field offices seem to be doing Green Card interviews again, but the VisaJourney page for the Sacramento office hasn t had an interview acceptance since April.

Are there any other 2020/ 2019 Sacramento filers our there? I ve been in Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview since June. I know it s normal to be in this status for much longer than this, but this field office was pretty fast pre-COVID.

We became DQ yesterday, October 20! Does anyone have any idea how long it should take to have an interview scheduled at the London Embassy? Thanks!!

So my fianc and I started the K1 visa process about a year and a half ago now and obviously we have been on hold during COVID-19. I am just waiting for the interview at the London embassy to get the visa, everything else is done.

We have been looking recently at any other options we might have to get me over to the states and I was wondering if anyone had looked into cancelling the K1 visa and just getting married over there and filing for adjustment of status from inside the US?

Is anyone able to tell me how much noticed you usually get for interview when you get expedited?

I understand with the current situation of the world there is no way to know for sure, but does anyone know a rough estimate how long it will take until I can finally go to the US to be with my fianc ? We are sending off the I-129f this week so roughly how long will everything take to process? I am from UK so I will be going to the US embassy in London. Thank you
