I was being patient as I know the post has been crazy, but applied for my removal of conditions over a month ago and haven't' received anything. Fed Ex states it was delivered in Phoenix on Jan 15th. I haven't received any NOA in the mail, nor has the check been cashed. I forgot to fill out the Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance (darn!). Is there anyway to contact USCIS to see if they have received it? I had recently updated my address and I am concerned something went wrong (though I have forwarding mail set up) Thanks everyone

I got approved last Wednesday (17) and haven't had any kind of email yet that's normal, right? I wasn't necessarily expecting to have it back yet but thought I might get a confirmation email. I haven't had anything. Do they literally just email you for the first time when it's ready? And if anyone else has had theirs returned recently, would you mind sharing timelines? My husband already left and I'm just living in a hotel waiting lol.

Hi, our RFE was a simple one - Our attorney had forgotten to check one of the boxes in the I129F relating to whether the US Citizen had ever been charged with a crime (She hadn't). We got our RFE on September 4th, and the CSC received our response on September 14th. Since then we've heard nothing. We have reached out to USCIS multiple times through their live chat feature and their online request service regarding this and been given the standard 'your case is being processed response.' I've been told that simple RFE's usually take weeks, and we're currently sitting at 5 months so we're quite concerned. Is there any reason it should be taking this long? Is there any way to get through to an agent on the phone; would that even help?

I got a letter specifically about completing form I-693. Is this USCIS's way of telling me I'll need it? |

I had my medical in the UK January 2019, flew to America on K1 in Feb 2019 and submitted my AoS forms March 2019. Now I have a green card interview March 2021 and I'm hoping I shouldn't need to pay for another medical examination by a civil surgeon. A few days after I received my green card interview schedule notice, I received a separate USCIS letter reminding me that I might need to complete form I-693; I understand this form must be partially completed by a doctor and then sealed and presented at my interview, however if I understand the regulations correctly I don't need this because I already submitted my medical and vaccination details in the form of a DS-3025 form with my K1 interview which should still be valid as it was submitted only 2 months after my K1 was approved. Is this letter about the I-693 form just a matter of course for USCIS to send or are they targeting me specifically because they lost my medical forms or because they need more info or something? AFAIK, the only thing missing from my medical form was that they wouldn't give me a flu vaccine at the time of my medical, even though it was flu season, so I might just need to go to a pharmacy and get one of these but then wouldn't I have to have a civil surgeon confirm this on a form somewhere??

Just before COVID hit last year and made it all a little crazy, NVC sent notification of requirement to attach correct forms. We went through the process and my online status reads in AOS and Applicant sections as per the attached. That last activity was 28 Jan 2020 I can see in some timelines in the UK for IR/CR1 visas, there are people getting interviews. It seems to have gone into a complete silence for us and the waiting is of course no fun. I'm trying to understand if we have got stuck in a hole somewhere? Our attorneys just keep saying everything is slowed right down and we just have to wait. Ask NVC seems to produce a generic response. We are pretty much at wits end and to see others with dates of applications in 2020 getting interviews is to say the least, disconcerting. Any ideas, or thoughts are greatly appreciated!
