US Immigration from United Kingdom

Me and my husband have realized we made a few mistakes on his DS-260. We have to adjust the dates of a few of his jobs, and add one. We finally got ahold of his education records, and need to add them.

Will this be an issue? We plan on amending to fix it before his interview, but just want to be sure.

I became a citizen a few years ago and have filed a I-130 petition for my mother. It has been approved and is now at the NVC, however my mother isn t ready to immigrate yet. I understand that I can postpone the application by contacting the NVC every year, but do I need to pay the fees? Also, does my mum need to be the one to contact the NVC or can I do that for her?

Had a question about tax transcripts. I am filing for my wife's N400.

All previous tax returns have no issues, but for last tax year, I went into self-employment in addition to my regular job. Closer to filing deadline, it was a mess trying to figure out what I actually owe and get all the expenses together etc. so I filed for an extension and made an estimated tax payment. Found an accountant who specializes in my field, and finally got everything sorted and filed accurately in October before deadline. The tax liability turned out to be greater than the estimated tax I paid, so I was charged a "late tax penalty" with interest. My wife is strictly W2 but we file jointly. I set up a 6 month payment plan and paid it all off recently (3 months before due date of payment plan). My question is, will this affect GMC? The penalty was only a couple hundred, presumably because I didn't make estimated quarterly payments or my estimated payment at time of extension was not enough.

I immigrated in 2002, married, and have held a full green card since 2004. I am 65 in five days time, and was planning to apply for citizenship at that point. However, my green card expires on 5/26/2026.

The information I've found so far for this sort of situation seems a little vague, but mostly points to applying for green card renewal in addition to applying for naturalisation. Is this correct, or does the naturalisation application alone cover it? I would rather not have to pay out for both if the green card is to be surrendered at the citizenship ceremony anyway.

Any advice gratefully received. Thank you.

And if not, is there an updated one?

This site has been a huge resource to me over the years, but I havent interacted with USCIS in a while and in a few months I will be eligible to submit a N400 based on marriage to a USC.
