Hi I am filing form I 751, my spouse is the petioner we are filing together. I need to know if I his spouse can be his interpreter and also be the person preparing the form?

Who has already passed interview since 1 October from k 1? If i passed medical checkup last October in my country and i have complete about vaccination so do I need take covid vaccine for interview? Mine is in a few days

I have questions about N-400 interview. I am current green card holder (since 06/03/2016). I filed N-400 on 03/08/2021. My interview scheduled on 10/19/2021.

I am worried about interview. Me and my spouse live in different states. Due to his job, he was relocated. I stayed in my original state due to school and job. During green card, i provided significant amount of evidences that we see each other each month (flight tickets, vacation pictures, family pictures, bills together, bank statements).

As of right now do I need to bring more evidence to the interview for citizenship? Or this interview is just about me and not about my marriage?

Please let me know if anyone had the same experience.

Stressful but extremely positive news on our case just received an appointment letter from the NVC! With one little caveat the appointment is on Oct 5, 2021 which is in roughly 2 weeks.

It's too late to schedule a med exam today, so that's the first thing we'll do tomorrow. There's some vaccinations my spouse will have to take in addition to the COVID vaccine. Now, given such a short time window, this doesn't give us an ability to be fully vaccinated at least from COVID because only 2-shot vaccines are available in Ukraine. And what worries me is this:

If an approved COVID-19 vaccine is available to the applicant in the country where the examination occurs, the applicant must complete the vaccine series and provide documentation to the panel physician in person before completion of the medical examination.

Will they allow us to complete the medical exam with only 1 shot? Will they meet us halfway at the embassy? What would be your advice?

By the way, a lot of Ukrainian F2A visas got scheduled recently with such a short difference between notice and the actual interview.
