My mother (has greencard) is filing an I-130 for her daughter who is "unmarried and over 21" online. But since my mom is in CAli, I'm assuming this application will go to the California service center which is reported to be super slow. I was thinking about asking her to print the forms out and send them to the Nebraska center. Does anyone know for certainty if they allow it? Thanks a lot!

Hello, I've got some conflicting information and not sure what to do. I am (70 years old) a US greencard holder (eligible for citizenship in more than 4 years) and trying to do a petition for my daughter who is 44 years old and lives in Sweden. She is divorced and has 2 children. Due to a bad situation with her ex husband, she & I will NOT bring her 2 children (age 10 and 12) to the states. The petition will ONLY be for my daughter. Question 1: Can I still petition for her despite her being divorced and/or having 2 children? Question 2: I currently do not have any income. Can my son be solely on the affidavit of support? Question 3: If answer to Q 2 above is Yes, does my income need to match and be enough NOW when starting the application? Or in few years? Thank you so much!!!

Hi all! We are about to ship of the I-751 packet today, I have one last question that is probably the result of me overthinking it but still. Our packet ended up being very thick as you can see in the image below so we had to use two jumbo clips to hold everything together and then we used a big rubber band to keep the two parts together. Will USCIS look at this and think they're not part of the same application since they're separate or should the rubberband keeping them together be enough? Would it make sense to add a paper on top of the second part clarifying that it's the continuation of the evidence?

Hi all! Sorry if these questions have been asked recently, I looked around couldn't find anything! When we filed the I-485 application, we had to write NA on anything that wasn't applicable, is this still something we should be doing when filling out the I-751 form? Also, do we need to include any birth certificates, passport copies etc with this application? From what I'm seeing, we don't but I would still like to confirm. Hoping to ship it off on Monday
