  1. I did send one inquiry, but as you mentioned, the reply was copy and pasted, just saying "first in first out" and I need to wait..."they can not predict how long" blabla BS. So frustrating and do not know what to do.
  2. That's exactly the question I want to ask. By checking cases before and after me, I still have no clue. There are only case creation time and last updated time showing.
  3. Soon will be 4 months after my DQ, and I am still waiting. The more frustrating thing is even though NVC says "first in, first out ", and they have a priority over different visa types, we don't know how the queue works...I have no idea about their algorithm. If family visas have more priority than employment visas, how long exactly should we wait, what if EBs DQ 4 or 6 months before FBs, will FB still have priority? It is so im transparent and frustrating.
  4. I am also waiting for Interview with EB2, but at Stockholm Embassy. DQ at April 6th, 2023. My PD is also current. I have seen others DQ after me geting interview letters in the end of June, in the same Embassy, but they are all CR1 visas. I believe we Eb2 are in the lowest priority...
  5. Thanks for sharing. May I know when is your interview date?
  6. It is realy kind of you! Not sure "Tidusel94" was offered by which party to move the case to Germany. NVC? Stockholm Embassy? For him/her, it was during Covid time, so it might be handled differently. Looks like Stockholm is still issuing EB visas in the past few months (E1, E2 and E3), so I will wait a bit more. Not sure if I should contact the Embassy.
  7. How did you solve your Interview Letter eventually? I am also waiting and appreicate if you can give some insight.
  8. China. If I were from India, I wouldn't have become current by now. I feel bad for the people from India on this perspective. Let's hope for progress in the Visa Bulletin for people who are currently struggling.
  9. Can you add me to the list? DQed April 6th, EB2-NIW category, PD is current, and waiting for IL at Stockholm Embassy.
  10. Thank you for mentioning this. I am also EB2, at Stockholm Embassy, DQ April 6, and still waiting.. I don't think there is a backlog here..
  11. Thank you for your comforting words. My PD became current just last year, and since then, I have embarked on the I-824 process...
  12. Anyone also waiting for interview letter from Stockholm, Sweden? I got DQed April 6th, EB2 category, PD is current, and waiting for IL. Just wondering if there is anyone else out there waiting. Maybe we can share some updates.
  13. Thank you! Sorry I am quite new on this forum. PD is 2017 EB2 NIW, so PD is current.
  14. Thanks for sharing! Hope you will have a smooth interview! Just curious, did you get the Interview Letter from NVC, or the consulate? I guess it is Consulate/Embassy. @appleblossomI have my EB2 DQed April 6th in Stockholm, but still I haven't heard anything... I see some people in the same embassy got their Interview Letters on June 30th, and their DQ are after me (April 20th, May 10th). Should I worry about this? I am feeling quite nerverous, since Stockholm shouldn't have a backlog, and people DQ after me are getting interviews.
  15. I guess you are "rest of world" countries? NVC issues DQ based on Dates for Filing, and interviews based on Final Action Dates. Sorry this may not be good news, but hopefully EB2 will be advanced after the new fiscal year (October), or even before that. Fingers crossed for you!
