Have you ever been approved entry after being denied?

I am looking for info, specifically Mexican nationals that have been previously denied entry to USA on a B1/B2 visa. I am looking for info for my aunt to see if there is absolutely any hope for her. She received a 10 year ban to re enter USA after overstaying a work visa in 2010. She applied in 2015 and (obviously) was denied due to not completing the 10 years. I think they called it asking for a perdon which was not granted. Both her kids and ex husband still live in USA (for me this is even more reason why they would keep saying no to her). Her kids are on the DACA program, not sure on ex husband. She owns a house in Mexico and has a job (though it s a new job). I find these to be strong evidence that she would have intent to stay in USA as they also think she is single tho she s been in a relationship with a man for 6 years in Mexico and they have lived together for 5 years.

Is there any hope for someone like this at all? She was just denied on 214b reasoning (which again I completely would agree on that reasoning based on presentation and previous overstay). She has also not seen her children for 13 years, they have never sought out an advanced parole to come visit her. Can anyone help give me insight if you ve been in this situation???

Medical examination without knowing the exact date for the interview

Hi guys. I want to know your opinion about something. So, after our visa was finally approved in August, now we have to make an appointment at the Embassy. Yesterday they released new dates and they're all for December. Problem is I'm flying to the US to see my fianc on December 20st, so my appointment at the Embassy must take place after that, ideally in January, when I'm back. On the other hand, you can't schedule a medical appointment before making an appointment at the Embassy. Would it be too impudent of us to make an appointment at the Embassy for December with the intention of rescheduling it? Otherwise, we will have to wait at least two more months and have our medical appointment in January and interview in February, provided there's dates. Our biggest fear is that they don't actually release dates every month and we have to wait even longer. Thank you very much.

Hello everyone. I've been trying to make an appointment at the Madrid embassy for a week, and so far it's been impossible. It always says there's no available dates. Any Spaniards on here with the same issue?

NVC {Received} Timeframes

Hello all.

This question relates to the processing time from receiving an NOA2/I-797 of Case Approval for an I-129F to receiving the NVC Welcome Letter.

Our I-129F was approved from the California Service Center on October 6th, and we received the I-797 shortly thereafter.

The letter states the case has been sent to the NVC office in New Hampshire.

Currently (October 24), NVC is processing applications from October 6. I have yet to receive the Welcome Letter by email with the relevant log-in information.

From the experience of fellow applicants, are the timeframes on the website certain?

I have been looking at other similar timelines and NVC has just approved cases from September 22, which is two weeks behind the listed schedule.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

I requested a copy of my birth certificate from the Spanish government website. It is a PDF version of my original birth certificate that includes the date that it was downloaded along with an electronic signature (firma electr nica) of "Direcci n General de Seguridad Jur dica y Fe P blica".

Is this considered a certified birth certificate, or do I need to take additional steps? Thank you very much.
