I-693 exam, MMR vaccine confusion

I have a question about MMR vaccine that bothers me. And the civil surgeon on our first appointment did not give me right answer yet.
I am from Russia and got all my vaccines due to the calendar. In my shot records its mentioned that I had measles vaccine twice (03/03/1998 and 05/20/2003), mumps vaccine twice (06/09/1998 and 05/20/2003) and rubella vaccine twice (04/16/2007 and 01/15/2010). As you can see I had these vaccines all separately on different dates. In the form I-693 its mentioned that they require: MMR (measles, mumps-rubella) or if monovalent or other combination of the vaccines are given, specify vaccines.

The civil surgeon (his nurse) told me that he never met situation like that and i have to have two MMR, and it can be confusion that i have them all in different dates and separately. But i dont think that he is right, if someone ever had such situation as me? I want to know for sure, If there is any problem that I got them all separately or I have to have MMR? Does it makes any difference?

From vaccines to testing: What travelers need to know before the new US travel system launches on Nov. 8

The United States is about to make it much easier for vaccinated international travelers to visit.

The White House announced Friday that a new air travel system will take effect Nov. 8, allowing entry for fully vaccinated foreign tourists. The system is set to launch more than 20 months after the U.S. began imposing travel restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The move by the White House will essentially have the U.S. drop its travel ban on dozens of countries while also making entry more challenging for the unvaccinated. The new system will allow entry for foreign nationals only with vaccinations approved by the World Health Organization and would add testing requirements for unvaccinated Americans.

....

The FDA has authorized three COVID-19 vaccines for emergency use during the pandemic: Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer-BioNTech, the last of which has received the FDA's full stamp of approval.

Vaccines with WHO approval include:

  • Johnson & Johnson

  • Moderna

  • Pfizer-BioNTech

  • Oxford-AstraZeneca/Covishield

  • Sinopharm

  • Sinovac

The CDC confirmed Friday that it would accept a mix-and-match approach to vaccinations. Travelers who have any combination of FDA- or WHO-approved vaccines will be considered fully vaccinated.

Sorry for this silly question, but i want to check before sending my AOS package (i-130, I-130A, I-485, I-131, I-756). If i put evidences of bona fide marriage in the I-130 (photos, joint bank accounts and credit cards, insurance, memberships), shouldn't i double them and attach them to my I-485 too?

And other one question, I am going to change my phone and phone number next month, is there a problem that i mentioned my husbands phone number in all these forms?

Thank you!

Can CR-1 immigrant travel through EU to the US?

Hi,

I am looking at flight options for my wife in Russia who has her CR-1 visa, and since she is not Covid vaccinated she will be flying before November 8th.

Unfortunately there are no direct flights from Moscow to San Francisco, so one option is for her to fly from Moscow to LAX but the flight connections to Moscow from her home town are terrible (either really long or super short).

So another option is for her to fly from Moscow through a major hub in Europe like Frankfurt or Paris or Amsterdam to SFO. But this is where the existing travel ban from Europe comes into play.

Currently (allegedly until November 8th) anyone traveling from/through an EU country to the US is not allowed to enter, but I read that immigrants on a CR-1/IR-1 visa fall under a blanket exemption? Does anyone have more details about this and perhaps a link to the relevant rules on the DoS website? I also worry whether the people at the airport in Moscow or Frankfurt know about this exemption, any experiences with this? I wouldn't want her to get stuck at check in because some airline clerk doesn't know about these rules.

I heard that there is e-filing of the I-751 package but I cannot find it on the USCIS site or anywhere on visajourney. Is there only paper filing via snail mail or there is commonly used option of electronic filing online? Thank you.
