Joint sponsor question

I am a recent MBA graduate and don't have a job yet. I also cannot start a permanent career before my fianc relocates to the U.S. because I travel to see him every other month. I live with my parents and my father is willing to co-sponsor our fianc visa. My first question is: does our chance of getting approved worsen because I am currently unemployed? Even though my father is making way above the requirement for our household size.

And second question is actually about my father's income evidence. I could not find a specific information about that on the USCIS website but did find something related on other visa forums. My father is self-employed and files his business taxes every year. Other website said a joint-sponsor has to be an actual person and cannot be a company. So my question is which type of tax return to provide at the consulate if he is a business owner.

The interview is going to be held in Warsaw.

Thanks.

My NOA1 date is December 16, 2021. On the USCIS site, when checked the status, it says:

"On December 16, 2021, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt NumberXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you have any questions, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

I have not received any Bio appointment notices. I see that most of the applicants have bio appointment in 2.5 months after the receipt date. Can it be that the notice lost in mail? If they mailed the notice of the bio appointment, will the status change to "mailed bio appointment notice" online? Or shall I call them?

Hi!

I should have though about that earlier but it just hit me that both times I changed my address with USCIS as a green card holder online I never received paper mail copy confirming that. I changed my address twice since I got my GC and both times I notified USCIS online within few days. Both times I received a confirmation email but never mail copy I think when I saw the online confirmation I thought that was it. But about a month ago I found out that my husband (US citizen) is supposed to inform them of change address too as he is my sponsor for the affidavit. We moved in mid November and only January he submitted the paperwork because simply didn t know he should do that too. After we submitted his change of address in about couple weeks he got a mail copy confirming that. This is when I realized both times I changed my address I never got an official confirmation via mail. Only email. So now I m terrified that it didn t go through somehow even though online confirmation was successful. I will call USCIS tomorrow for a peace of mind but in the mean time do they just not send you a hard mail copy if you file online? And my husband only got his coz he submitted a paper change of address? Finally how do I OFFICIALLY confirm that they have the right address on file for me? I do not want to miss any important documents.

Received message from NVC through CEAC portal. Please submit every 2020 W-2/1099 form for Rick. .
Rick is retired and the co-sponsor for the beneficiary. He only gets Social Security. We already submitted the 1099 form from Social Security along with tax transcripts for the last three years. All of these items show as submitted on the CEAC portal. Rick has no W-2s. On tax transcripts they can see he is retired and only receives money from Social Security ,not a job.
Why are they asking us to submit every 2020 W-2/1099 . When we already submitted everything ??
Please any help is so appreciated!

How To Increase Chance for Success in Getting US Visa

I've been dating a Russian lady, age 48, for a little over a year. We've met 3 times in the past 8 months, once in Greece, once in the Dominican Republic and I recently visited her in Russia.

We would like to get her a Visa so she can visit me in the U.S. I've read the other threads and I understand the challenge getting an interview appointment in Warsaw. We will have to deal with that.

My question in this thread is about what we can do to increase her chances of getting approval for a visa. She has contacted an agency that assists Russian citizens to get approved for a US B1/B2 visa and they tell her, her chances are only 50%, which is a bit worrisome.

I've read here that the main concern from the US officials is that my girl won't return to Russia. I've read that it helps her case if she has a strong tie to Russia. To that question, she has a 10 year old daughter who she has primary custody of. She has a business in Russia where she teaches English to children and young adults. She owns her flat and a country cottage. She has a good income and can pay her own expenses to visit me. She paid her own expenses when she traveled to Greece and to the Dominican Republic. She is definitely not staying in the U.S, but she would like to visit me for a few weeks.

She was told by the agency that the following factors hurt her case: 1) she is visiting a man 2) "her job" 3) her age

Does anyone know why those factors hurt her chances of success?

This agency does specialize in tourist visas and by all appearances is active.

Any advice and/or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
