I am a recent MBA graduate and don't have a job yet. I also cannot start a permanent career before my fiancé relocates to the U.S. because I travel to see him every other month. I live with my parents and my father is willing to co-sponsor our fiancé visa. My first question is: does our chance of getting approved worsen because I am currently unemployed? Even though my father is making way above the requirement for our household size.

And second question is actually about my father's income evidence. I could not find a specific information about that on the USCIS website but did find something related on other visa forums. My father is self-employed and files his business taxes every year. Other website said a joint-sponsor has to be an actual person and cannot be a company. So my question is which type of tax return to provide at the consulate if he is a business owner.

The interview is going to be held in Warsaw.

Thanks.
