DS-160? US Travel docs? What???????

Hey, we've received our NOA2, I've been following the guides on the k-1 visa from visa journey but they didn't mention anything about the DS-160? (Maybe because it's not a petitioner-side thing?)

My fiance is currently out of Russia and can't receive his packet 3 by mail, is there ANYTHING in packet 3 he needs?

What's left for us after NOA2... I collected bank records for myself, employment records, my fiance has his criminal history and other paperwork but I'm so confused what's next

I also don't get what US Travel Docs is but I keep seeing people talk about it

DS-160. Family application?

Hello everyone

I'm helping a family of 3 to fill out applications. I'm doing it myself on my computer. Apparently they live in another country. I couldn't get all information from them needed for the applications because I didn't know what questions I'll be asked. Therefore, I decided to create 3 applications at the same time for all of them and would add information every time I receive it. After several days and numerous logins I finished everything and finally we were ready to submit all of them. Well we submitted the first one that belonged to the father. However, the next page after confirmation offered 4 different buttons. One of them was "create a family application" and another button was "create a new application". It stunned me. Do I really have to "create a family application" when I do it for a family? Can it be just 3 different applications? What's the difference? I clicked "family application" and I was given an option to start just a new one but when I tried to fill out the first page for the second I was logged out. Now I don't understand how to proceed correctly.

Thank you

Hey guys, if my Russian fiance gets a schnegen visa from Greece, does he have to spend time in Greece before going to Poland? Or can he just pass through Greece? He's telling me you have to spend more time in Greece than Poland.

Will my fiance get his interview dates and medical exam information emailed to him? He kinda left Russia

Any advice on obtaining a criminal record and how long the document is valid for?

Police certificate from Russia if you reside abroad

Hello!

I have questions regarding police certificate for K-1 visa.

So I m a Russian living abroad for the past 6 years. I knew that I would need to obtain a police certificate from both Russia and my current residence country. So I went ahead and applied for a police certificate in Russian Consulate around 6 months ago.

1.When I applied for it, they asked in what language do I want it. I asked for English.

They issued it in English without Russian original. So now I m thinking- is it okay? Or American side will still need it in Russian too?

2.As far as I understood the process- Russian Consulate sends an inquiry to Ministry of Internal Affairs (Russia), gets information about criminal records, and then Consulate issues a certificate stating that Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has no criminal record regarding citizen .. etc, then they sign it and put official stamp of the Consulate. So they don t use official stamps or signs of Ministry of Internal Affairs . American side wouldn t have problems with it?

I know that the second question sounds a little but stupid but just would like to hear other people s experience in regard when you get your police certificate via Consulate of your birth country.

I just heard a news saying starting from June 1, you can pay 3200$ extra to get your case expedited, not sure if K visa is included or not, anybody has heard anything about it?
