The bs "War" in Ukraine is really making a mess of our plans. We got through k1 and now Wifey is US Citizen and we sponsored her mom in Russia for Green Card, it was approved, she is our only relative we will sponsor and she hasn't been to US in 3 years due to COVID to see her grandkid, anyway- Interview is in Poland, she needs Shengen Visa I don't even know where to apply, the ivisa.com site looks sketchy and the embassy sites are not helpful. Polish embassy is open in Moscow so that's good, but there are articles about being blocked https://notesfrompoland.com/2022/09/19/poland-and-baltic-states-enact-eu-visa-ben-for-russians/ Please help, we need Schengen to go to Poland for interview, from Russia.. A visa is required to travel to Poland but iVisa cannot provide it at this time.

Question(s): I just want to know about the affidavit of support ( I-864). I know you must support your spouse for 40 quarters or 10 years. When does the clock start for that 10 years? I was married for 4 years (to an immigrant on a k-1 visa), we have been divorced now for 1 year. When does the 40 quarters of support start? Do I count the time we were married? Do I have 5 more years or support (counting married time) or 9 more years of support (starting from divorced date)? More info: Ex-wife (immigrant) did not work during marriage and still does not work. For this question, assume she will not remarry or leave the country permanently, as I realize this ends the need for support.

Hello all, I have a question about the social media identifier question on the DS-260 form. 1) My husband deleted most of his social medias a couple years ago due to never using them. Are we still required to list all of them, even the ones he already deleted? 2) Also, when it asks for "Social Media User ID" are they talking about your handle or the official ID (the one with numbers usually)? 3) What happens if you accidentally forget one? My husband is freaking out because he already deleted his social medias and he doesnt remember several of the handles, and especially doesn't have access to the IDs anymore. Thank you so much in advance for your responses!
