Hey guys, I would like to hear from people about the difficulty of getting a shengen visa for Russian citizens. I cannot find reliable information when I search online. My fiance is Russian and lives in Siberia, we have been sent to the consulate in Warsaw, and this looks to be the best option for us currently. She has never traveled anywhere before. We are going to apply for her to try to get the shengen visa to Hungary. Is it likely she can get the visa, and how long do you think it will take? Any opinions or advice is great, I see that other people have done this exact plan recently.

We are getting close to their interview and we wanted to know what is required, if anything, from her father to allow her to immigrate? Their country is Russia and we are interviewing in Bangkok.

My Russian wife is about 2 months away from getting her green card. We are waiting on her interview letter from the Bangkok consulate (we transferred there from Warsaw). She has a son who is 19 yrs old with a birthday of October 22. The minute my wife gets her green card, we are going to submit an i130 for her son. And btw, we were not married when he was under 18.

I understand that he would be an F2A case and would age out and become an F2B case, if he doesn't receive his NOA2 before his 21st birthday.

What happens if he ages out and his mother becomes a naturalized citizen, 3 years after she becomes a LPR? Does that help or change his case for the better?
