US Immigration from Russia

We applied for I-131 (application for travel document, advanced parole) for my wife as part of her adjustment of status application. We filed the forms on July 15, 2020. After receiving NOA with receipt date July 20, 2020, there was no update on our case. I tried to call USCIS several times but I was not allowed to talk to a live person. When I check my status online, I still see "Case Received" status.

1. The priority date on USCIS website is October 26, 2020, which is more than 2 months of our appliction receipt date. I tried to fill out an online "case inquiry" form but when I click to submit the form, I keep getting "an error has occurred" technical message.

2. Do we have to have a biometrics taken for advanced parole application? As I said, we did not get any update after submitting our application. I am hoping that biometics is not necessary for her application.

I answered yes in question number 25 and 27 part 8 I-485 I had civil violation about 5 years ago in Russia. Should i get and attach clearance certificate or something like this?
I m sure there is no even police records for this, cause it was time ago and it wasn t so bad violation I d just paid fine.

we have problem now, that instructions not very clear and in all sources have very different information.

Someone can answer me for sure if we have to notarize birth certificate copy and translation or it s not necessary?

And the main question is who qualified enough to translate it? Should it be professional with exact certification or it can be me or my auntie, for example, who is English teacher in Russia. Should it be someone from US or we can ask someone from Russia (I m in US now).

Should it be wet signature of traslator on papers?

I am scheduled for my citizenship interview soon and, assuming I pass and can do a same-day oath ceremony, I should have my citizenship certificate that day.

It is my understanding that I can ask USCIS to upgrade my I-130 petition for the F2A visa for my wife to the CR1/IR1 category by writing them a letter.

But it is not clear to me what exactly I should write in that letter? (Just personal details, my case number and that I want it to be upgraded?)

What should I include? (A copy of my citizenship certificate, or the original? Anything else?)

Where should I send it? (The petition is at the California Service Center. Should I send it there directly or to the lockbox where I sent the application?)

I want to send it all in as soon as possible after my naturalization so any help to get me ready is appreciated.

Hi, a friend of ours wants to visit the USA (from Russia) on a B2 tourist visa, with the intent of giving birth here this summer. Is this possible? What documents are necessary to do this? She has spoken to US clinics and has been accepted into one. Does she need to show this to US Customs officer? Does she need to show a return ticket and proof of funds? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
