Hi all, I have access to my 2023 tax transcripts, but it appears that there is about 3 types on the IRS website. There is a "Return Transcript," a "Wage & Income Transcript" and a "Record of Account Transcripts (combines 2 types into one). Which one is the preferred Transcript? My wife is having her IR-1 Interview next week. Thank you!

Hi all, My wife and I are on the final stretch, her medical is done and her Philippines IR-1 interview is next week on Feb 12. I have read that any new or updated documents that I originally uploaded on the CEAC website need to be uploaded again before the interview (image attached). My questions are: 1). How many days before the Interview does everything need to be uploaded again? 2). Do I just update what I had originally submitted to the NVC to become Documentarily Qualified or does this also include Interview specific requirements like Evidence of Relationship, etc or the Advisory on Marriage document? Thank you so much!

My wife has become a USC in 2019 and we have attempted to secure a Tourist Visa for her mother to visit for a week. Her mother is a senior citizen in her mid 60's. She is widowed and has a 35 year old son, grandson and wife living in Cebu. She sold her home after the death of her husband 15 years ago and has a makeshift, side of the road store for income. She presently has a new boyfriend in Cebu. On our first attempt at her visa she was turned down because of not being able to convince the official of her intent to return home. Since her original rejection she has taken trips to South Korea and Singapore with her son's family, staying a week each time. My question is that since she has gone internationally and returned numerous times, would that be evidence of her intent to return after being on a week long trip to the USA? Is it worthwhile to attempt another shot since having this new information?
