Im sorry i dont know where to post this but im asking if someone knows the step by step procedure of Family Based Visa (F1)? My schoolmate was asking and i have no idea what are the procedures since iam a K1 applicant.

Her father is a US citizen petition her and she got a NOA and shes asking what will happen next and how long does it takes to be with her father?

I filed my Adjustment of Status yesterday without knowing that I also needed to file I-765. My wife has a K1 visa. Is there anything I can do at this point? Basically I filed the I-486 and the Affidavit Support only. Can I send in the I-765 by itself? Thanks for all of your help!

Good day guys! I just want to know is it normal that it's been almost more than 2months and we haven't received anything yet from USCIS regarding our K1-Visa application? We sent out our application last May 30, 2020 and My Fiance's cheque got cleared already.

Hello everyone,

Me and my fiancee has run into a bit of trouble. My fiancee is from Cebu CIty and she received a letter from the U.S Embassy last June 15 stating that she needs to do her medical exam since it has already expired. We were wondering if anyone of you have done their medical exam at St. Lukes Medical Extension Clinic? If yes, can you please give us some information what you been through? Any input that you can share will be appreciated.
