US Immigration from Philippines

Is the Philippines scheduling K1 interviews? We received a letter to schedule an interview back in February. I am now lost with the process.

We're preparing for my wife's Embassy Interview.

And I just recently filed my tax return for 2019. I submitted my I-864 to CEAC(NVC) on January 2020.
But there I only entered my 2018, 2017, 2016 Tax return. (2018 as my most recent at that time)

Should we only bring those tax returns to the interview or should we also bring the 2019 tax return and update the I-864?

We also have a joint sponsor, should we bug them about sending us the 2019 tax return and update I-864?

With Manila shutting down again and no clue when the K1 interview will actually be scheduled I would like to send my fiance a laptop so that she can do some work from home and not be so bored when she's stuck indoors. Is villman a good place to order from? I'm having some trouble finding a site that delivers in Manila and will take a credit card from the United States. It's not like the US where you can just order from Amazon or Newegg and don't even think about not getting scammed or jumping through hoops to get it delivered correctly.

this DS-16O form is asking about a passbook number and a passbook travel document number. I checked does not apply but I could be wrong.. there is this same number with a approx 14 more numbers behind it.. what is the correct answer here?

I am starting to work on the I134, Affidavit of Support. I am petitioning three people, my fianc e and her two young children. Will I need to fill out three separate forms?

For Philippines, what all would I need to supply along side the forms? I have banks accounts, money markets, investments, an offer letter from current employer, I own a home. What about tax returns?

Do I simply need to provide financial statements showing balances and or investment worth or do I actually need letters from each institution?

What about providing information on the value of my home? Can I use something like Zillow... I know it's not super accurate.
