Has anyone been able to schedule their CFO Guidance and Counseling appointment lately?

Hi guys, so I got my visa issued today after sending the documents I lacked. My question is, how to do I track the Visa packet, I called the hot line number an they said, only 2go will message me? Is this correct? They haven't given me a timeline as well. Based on the details on the websites says, it was issued today. I spoke with a few people, they said I can track it using the UID number but I tried, it doesn't exist. Would it take a few days before it'll show on 2go website?

I am a bit worried because my visa expires on September 2nd. My time is too short.

My wife applied for an AOS along with the EAD and Travel Doc. I just checked her EAD's processing time and it says 27-36 months from the 4-6 estimated months last week. Her Receipt Date is 05/26/2020. Is anybody experiencing the same issue?
