US Immigration from Philippines

One of the questions online for I-130 form is passport. Since this is an F4 petition, I don't need to put the passport number, right? He doesn't have a passport yet and even if he does, it will be expired by the time it get's approved or the visa become available.

I did not see any thread for June filers, forgive me if there is one. Filed I-130 for my dad June 19, got RFE in July and approved on August 21, 2020. Now here's to hoping the ban dont get extended. Good luck to everyone!

I submitted an Expediate Request to NVC on 08/17/20 (my wife is DQ from NVC..just waiting for an interview date)....received an acknowledgement e-mail from NVC indicating they would send my request to the U.S. Embassy in Manila for approval/disapproval on 08/21/20. Does anybody know how long the approval process for the U.S. Embassy in Manila?
