US Immigration from Philippines

Has anyone seen this? It appears that my 4 year old son who is a US citizen with a US passport will also need a Philippine visa to travel with my wife who is a citizen of the Philippines.

Apparently this is new since August. Am I understanding this correctly?

I have a friend from England who became a US citizen 20 years ago. He has a son in England that came over to the US as a teenager and attended school here but things didn t work out so the son returned to England. Years later this son is now interested in coming to the US and getting a permanent visa. The son is 30+ yrs old and single with no children. He can get a tourist visa and visit but wants a permanent one as his dad is 67 yrs old.
The question is is it best to apply for permanent cost while in Britain or once he is hear on a visitor s visa? Thanks for any help

So right now we're undergoing the removal of conditions on my green card and it's pretty expensive I was wondering if it's ok to wait a little bit for the naturalization process or would that be a bad idea?

We just filed for AOS and I have this major concern about name change. We got married in AL and the probate clerk did not let me use my husband's surname in the certificate because she said it has to be whatever name is on my passport and I-94.

In the AOS forms (I-485, etc.) I used my married name as the current legal name. Will there be a problem?

F2b petition - my Mother in law petitioning her two adult (unmarried) children. Priority date July 2015. Her petition got approved. They received the notice of Immigrant visa case creation and paid the AOS fee and IV fees ($120 and $325). Should they start collecting the documents and send them to NVC? or should they wait until their PDs get current? Also, what are the documents needed from the petitioner? can you help me out and link the civil docs needed from the beneficiaries? Thanks in advance.
