sect. 2. 21b.-- it asks for most recent passport number, ( she has since gotten new passport because of marriage name change) put new one?

sect. 2. 21.c. travel document number if any( she has 1-94 and passport only)

sect2 . 27 category we know its c9 but there is 3 boxes for entry put c9 and leave last box empty?

We are filling out the paperwork to submit to the Philippine embassy for report of marriage. Are you required to send original birth certificates or is copies of the original okay?

hi..im applying for naturalization and i have 2 prior marriages and both have been annulled/divorced.

1996 1st marriage ended

2010 married a US citizen, became a resident

2015 divorced

Im applying for naturalization based on marriage and there is a part where i have to declare all the names i have used since birth and i did, but theres only one column to declare previous marriage, and it says provide additional sheet of paper if you have 1 or more.

My question is do i need to provide 2 divorce decree as supporting documents or should i even bother providing for the 1st one

What should i do? Pls help
